  The locations, activities, and accommodations were excellent. I loved seeing these cities and learning about the countries and cultures. Communication and clarity need to be improved. We used TourRadar to find a Click Tours which actually set us up with a Baltic Vision tour. There were too many companies in a game of telephone, so not all of the information was received. Our tour guide didn't understand all of our optional features (like hotel dinners) and gave us conflicting information. Click Tours allowed us to select all of the optional activities without providing any dates or times to let us know that some events actually conflicted with other plans (like hotel dinners). The tour did not offer a lot of community. There were two buses of people, but four guides and four languages being spoken. Sometimes different guides took over the optional activities, so we never really bonded with a specific one. The language barrier was one aspect of not bonding with the fellow tour members, but there were also zero times when the guides had us introduce ourselves or anything like that. We went through ten days not knowing people's names. Thankfully, I came with a friend, and we had a good time doing our own thing together, exploring castles and parks and medieval dinners and organ concerts and more.Show more

  This tour was a shambles. It was poorly operated, and there were many occasions of miscommunication between the guide and the tour company. Upon booking, this tour was run by Click Tours but arriving at the first hotel, I found out it was actually run by Baltic Vision. Already a red flag. Multiple times the tour guide had different information to the actual tour company, causing confusion and delays. Click Tours double booked myself and my friend on multiple activities, meaning we could not attend all of them despite paying for them. We complained and were granted refunds, but it begs the question, why did they let us book everything if they knew there were clashes? Big red flag. I will not only never book a tour through Click Tours again, but I will actively discourage others from doing so. There are so many great and professional tour companies out there, this is not one of them. The countries visited were wonderful, and the hotels were lovely. They are my positives. The rest left a lot to be desired.Show more

  The first part of the tour, from Vilnius to Riga was good. The tour programme was as marketed and the tour leader was informative. The dinner in Riga was good. Nevertheless, we had a new tour guide in Tallin and she only coverrd a half day programme. For the dinner somebody came and guide us to the Maikravh resto and left us alone to go back to hotel. As the hotel was quite a distance from the old town so we have to look for taxis by our own. The dinner was disappointed, we were the only guest in the keller restaurant and the food was aweful, let aline the way they served the dinner. It was served in a plate in which we had to share.. So it was not worth for the price we paid. The ferry trip was surprising as there was no information in advance about the ferry condition. It was aweful for us who dont have any experiences to take ferry. The programme in Tallinn and Helsinki was not as offered.Show more
