As this cruise is operated by S.S Joie de Vivre, I'll quote you the Classic cabin in single occupancy which is the lowest price available - It has a shoulder-high fixed window and the total is $14,816 AUD.

The price you can see on the tour page is "Starting from" price. This means it will reflect the price of the cheapest cabin available on that specific date. Some cabins will be sold out on specific dates so the next cabin's price will be shown which will reflect as more expensive than the other dates. Pricing could also differ due to the season and the demand.

I'm afraid this ship doesn't have any cabins with an outside balcony, but it has outdoor areas on the communal decks. The French balcony cabin has a floor-to-ceiling window. To answer your question about bedding, all cabin categories except the Suite have a Queen-sized bed (which can also be separated into 2 twin beds). The Suite cabin includes one King-sized bed.
