  We would want to arrange our own hotels though so please let us know how much the cost would cut down by. I am fine to join a group tour too but again as long as hotels can be done by ourselves.

  We do not arrange only transport and guide services separately. We offer complete tour packages. Regarding hotels, we can provide accommodation in 3-star, 4-star, 5-star Deluxe, and 5-star Luxury hotels, depending on your preference and budget. If you prefer to book your own hotel and join the group tour, unfortunately, that would not be possible for us, as it becomes difficult to pick up every traveler from different hotels before starting the tour.

  Could you kindly give me a list of your 4 and 5 star hotels in those cities of the tour so I can also take a look. I have had very bad experiences before with hotels and hygiene and poor facilities so I started taking responsibility for securing my own accommodation so the liability was on me. Hope you can understand. But if you give me your list hotels thats works with your itinerary, I can take a look.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with UncleSam Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
