  Tour director and driver were outstanding. Saw informative videos during the bus rides. Hotels were very comfortable and close to activities. Self baggage handling was fine except in the case of a hotel without an elevator. Food not included was not a problem as there were many choices nearby the hotels. Scenery was spectacular. Very fun group of people from Australia, India, and the U.S.Show more

  We were very happy with the quality of the tour due to timely narratives related to culture, scenic features, and wildlife. The tour director and driver team were entertaining, respectful, and extremely effective in the management of travel logistics. The tour bus was roomy, comfortable, and maintained quite clean by the driver.Show more

  The trip was fine but the tour director was totally hopeless. Bus driver was fabulous but I felt disappointed in Lake Louise as there were hundreds of people standing at the lake's edge and you couldn't get any decent photos. I would not particularly recommend this tour as it felt disorganised.Show more

It's concerning to learn that you felt that you were not well-served by our Travel Director and they lacked professionalism, as a great Travel Director is essential to our guests' overall enjoyment and comfort on any of our trips. As such, we are surprised to learn that this may have differed from what you experienced on this rare occasion.   Tour was very good. Although a few optional excursions had to be cancelled due to rain and low lying clouds. I felt we were shown all the main attractions within the timeframe of the tour. Our tour guide Virginia Wood was excellent, having expansive knowledge of the area we covered and was able to answer all questions that were asked. Bill Rankin our driver, was also excellent. Never worried once about his driving ability. He was courteous and jovial the whole trip. Only thing complained about the most was the fact that when taking photos through the tinted glass windows, was the reflections in the glass showing in most pictures. Not sure how or if this can be rectified, but our tour director said she would discuss this with management. I enjoyed the tour and sites so much, I am coming back next year to hire a car and drive to see some of what we couldn’t fit in to the tour. All in all, I highly recommend this tour.Show more

At times such as these, itinerary variations may be necessary. If it is the case that sightseeing opportunities are limited or unavailable for any reason, our Travel Directors will always try to provide our guests with a similar experience of the same quality where possible. Nonetheless, given that we value our guests' well-being above all else, it troubles us to learn that you felt inconvenienced by the way in which days activities were restructured and we have shared your thoughts with our Operations Department for their consideration and review. Furthermore, we have noted your concerns regarding the window glass affecting your photos and have also brought this to the attention of our Product Development Team, as there is nothing better than our guests’ input when considering ways to improve our product. That said, we are delighted to read that you enjoyed your overall trip, while the knowledge and expertise of Virginia and Bill helped to create a truly memorable experience. With this in mind, we hope that you will join us for another shared adventure, wherever and whenever you decide that might be.

  This turned out to be a great tour, little hesitant at first with the lack of inclusions. Most hotels were in a good area of town, the Pinnacle in Whistler was excellent. Dinners were not included but there was usually a pub nearby with good meals. We had a great group of people, which helps make the experience even better.Show more
