    Certainly, we can arrange for your stay before your tour.
    
    The price would be 160 USD / Per Night in a Single Room.
    
    The price includes breakfast and all taxes.
    
    You would be able to hold the luggage at the hotel while you are out on tour, but you would have to get back to the hotel and grab your luggage on the final day after the tour ends.

    That is very expensive for the flight. That's like $540 Australian dollar. Can you please provide the details of flight and times of departure so I can see how much it will be if I book them myself.

    06:00 (Turkish Airlines) or 06:30 AM (Pegasus Airlines) flight to Kayseri Airport from Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport respectively.
    
    17:55 PM (Pegasus Airlines) or 20:30 PM (SunExpress Airlines) flight to Izmir Airport from Kayseri Airport.
    
    21:15 PM flight to Istanbul Airport from Denizli Airport (Turkish Airlines).

    my concern is if the timing are not the same how we are going to get transferred from airport to our tour team.

    If you wish, you may book the exact flights you mentioned on your end, which will be 100% fine :)
    
    We will arrange the transfers in line with your flight bookings once you have confirmed that you have booked these exact flights.

    For domestic flights, travellers arriving at different times may be picked up together free of charge if their arrival times are not too far apart, however, a seperate transfer fee may apply if their arrival times differ greatly.
    
    I would suggest they book the same domestic flights in order to ensure that they stay together.

    Definitely, if the flights are booked as stated, transfers are included in domestic flights :)
    
    The not-included part was for international arrival flights into Turkey :)

    can you please confirm on the first day of tour when they do arrive in Cappadocia they will have someone picking them up from the airport and there will be a tour guide showing them around since in the description as per below it mentions "the day is yours to spend exploring". Obviously my parents are old and they do expect for the tour bus to take them around in visiting the places.
    Also please confirm someone will drive them to airport to fly to Izmir on day 2 and same on day 4 someone will drive them to Denizli Airport to fly back to Istanbul.

    This is definitely confirmed, they will be picked up on Day 1, 2 and 4 and brought to the airport.
    
    Also, all of the mentioned tours on the itinerary will be guided, so no worries there :)

  Can we end the tour at Pamukkale as we'd like to get a cruise in Fethiye on the 20th of June? Can you book us bus tickets to Fethiye instead of the flight to Istanbul?

    transfers from hotel to airport are provided for the flight from Cappadocia to Izmir. Regarding gluten free meals, simply let your guide know during your tours and they will assist you.

  What time would be the flight on the first day- how early? Flight from cappadocia to izmir on day 2- what time does the tour end, and what time is the flight? Around what time do we normally get back to istanbul? This tour only provides 3 nights of hotel correct? So if we arrive in instanbul on the 27th and begin tour on dec 28th, then we have to get our own hotel on the 27th? And when we get back on the 31st, we have to get our own hotel on the 31st if we have our flight on the 1st, right?

    The timing would be very early (flight around 5-6 AM) For day 1. For day 2, the flight to Izmir would be at around 9-10 PM, and the tour ends at around 4-5 PM. Your arrival time to Istanbul would be at between 8 - 10 PM from Denizli airport. That is definitely correct, the tour ends with your flight back to Istanbul on Day 4, and you would need a hotel back in Istanbul.

    Turkey is a very safe country to travel to. There are no need for them to be afraid of coming here as they will be with their guides when they are travelling. Even when they are alone, they just need to take the same precautions as any other western country in the world. Also, the Turkish Spa (Hamam) would certainly be possible, their guide would be assisting them in arranging this when they are here.
