    Dear Josie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the hot air balloon flight, we completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after traveling such a long distance. Unfortunately, balloon operations are entirely dependent on weather and aviation authority safety approvals, and cancellations are made strictly for passenger safety. Concerning the Ephesus tour cancellation, the bicycle marathon road closures were announced and enforced locally at the last minute by the authorities, which unfortunately affected access to the sites. This was not a situation we could reasonably foresee or operate around safely once the closures were implemented. We fully understand your frustration, especially given the distance you traveled, but this decision was outside of our operational control. With respect to the laundry pricing, please note that laundry services are independently operated by the hotels and not directly managed by our company. We understand the charge felt excessive, though unfortunately hotel service pricing can vary significantly. Regarding your Izmir flight arrangements, our recommendation was based on the operational schedule and standard transfer timings available at the time. We are sorry to hear that changes to your onward travel resulted in additional costs for you, though airline scheduling and separate flight arrangements outside the tour package can sometimes require additional flexibility. As for the hotel classification, hotel star ratings in Turkey may differ from Australian or international expectations, and classifications are based on local tourism authority standards. The Recital Hotel is operated and marketed within the local category standards applicable to the region. While we regret that parts of the experience left you disappointed, we do hope there were also positive memories from your time in Türkiye.     Would it be possible for us to do the hot air balloon ride on the last morning in Cappadocia, before flying to Antalya? Would the balloon flight timing allow us to still catch the scheduled flight to Antalya on the same day? Approximately what time would we need to arrive at Antalya Airport / hotel if we were to do the balloon ride that morning?

      You would definitely be able to do the Hot Air Balloon Ride on the last morning in Cappadocia and still be able to catch the flight to Antalya. However, booking the balloon ride to the last day is something we usually do not recommend as you will not have a second day to try again. You'd be arriving in Antalya at 11:15 AM on that day.

      How flexible are the hot air balloon rides in terms of changing the date? For example, if I were to book the hot air balloon on the first morning in Cappadocia, am I able to change it to the last morning nearing the date, seeing that the weather forecast looks promising on that morning?

      If they are cancelled due to adverse weather you would not have to pay for a second time, the reservation would simply be moved to the next day (provided that there are availabilities). If unable to be moved to the next day, you would be refunded in full. Regarding your second question, it is not possible to change the date last minute if the balloons can be operated without any problems on the original booking date.

      We usually book for and recommend early morning flights for our clients. TK2010 - Arriving at 08:10 AM and PC2730 - Arriving at 07:35 AM are our go to flights. There may be a few more alternatives depending on the time of booking.

      I was wondering if there are any earlier flights that we could book on our own which allows us to settle down in Cappadocia in the early morning, and possibly do the proposal there when the hot air balloons were in the sky. In that way, I can technically book the hot air balloon on the second morning and in the event of bad weather, there's still chance that we can take the hot air balloon on the last morning. Do you think this arrangement would be possible?

      I think you would be able to fly to Kayseri just after midnight, there is a flight (TK2232) which lands at 02:55 AM at Kayseri Airport. The hotel that you would be staying at is in a different area from where the balloons take off from but I will ask the operations team to see if we can arrange the transfer to visit the area where the hot air balloons take place first and let you know!

      There are no mandatory vaccinations as far as I am aware. As we are not experts when it comes to international travel requirements such as visas or other forms, I would not be able to give you credible information. You may refer to your local embassy website for detailed information. Regarding the balloon ride, the price would be 349 USD / Per Person for the high season. The price includes roundtrip transfers to the flight zone, 45-50 minute long balloon flight and a toast of champagne with appetizers after the flight.

    Which is the most convenient day of the week for me to be in Istanbul in order to be able to see St-Sophia basilica, the Blue Mosque and the Bazar open. Would like to know if its possible to have add-ons like Bosphorus cruise, hot air balloon and swirling dervishes on the list. If yes, how much would it cost.

      Everyday except for Friday and Sunday should be good, as there are the prayers on Friday and the Grand Bazaar is closed on Sunday. It is possible to have the Bosphorus Cruise and the Balloon Ride added on, the prices are as below: The Bosphorus Cruise: 65 USD / Per Person. The Hot Air Balloon Ride: 349 USD / Per Person.
