The seats on the big buses were too close for tall people with long legs. The hotels in Italy were below par. Air conditioning in hotels and in buses needs to be a must in April. Even though the buses stopped every two-three hours, many people stressed about bathroom availability and would have enjoyed their experience more had there been a bathroom on board. The GO tours need to be clearer from the start as changing from bus to van to bus…and from a guide for all to a personal guide was confusing. We appreciated not having to organize the hotels and transportation which is why we opted for a bus tour. Our initial tour through Tour Radar was cancelled and we had to find a replacement tour quickly. I would have appreciated communication with a real person by phone to discuss the options. Someone should have told us that we could have joined another tour similar to our first one. But we had to only choose tours from tour radar instead of all the options offered by Europamondo. That cost us a lot more than planned.Show more

Please note that our buses follow standard European dimensions and comply with all applicable transportation regulations. Regarding air conditioning, its use during months outside the summer season is regulated under European guidelines, and we are required to operate within those standards. Nevertheless, we understand how important onboard comfort is and appreciate your comments. Concerning restroom availability, we would like to emphasize that our itineraries include scheduled stops at regular intervals to allow passengers access to restroom facilities. In the event of an emergency, our tour leaders will always do their best to arrange an additional stop whenever possible. While some of our buses are equipped with onboard restrooms, these are reserved strictly for emergency use, especially on long-distance routes, in order to maintain comfort and avoid unpleasant odors for all passengers. Our GO tours are designed with a more dynamic travel style, which may include changes between coaches and vans throughout the itinerary. We understand this may feel different from a traditional coach tour experience, though it is intended to provide greater flexibility and access during the visits. We are, however, pleased to know that you appreciated not having to organize hotels and transportation independently. We also regret that you did not receive the level of personal assistance you expected after your original tour was canceled. We understand how stressful it can be to find an alternative on short notice. Regarding the possibility of transferring to a similar tour through a different travel agency, unfortunately this is not currently possible due to commercial agreements and booking policies. Your comments are truly valuable to us, as they help us continue improving the experience we provide to our travelers. Overall, the tour is great but the hotels in Florence and Venice definitely need to be changed as they are very old and cold hotels. Other than that, the last tour guide whose name is Abdel Salem, he is very very very very informative guide but it was so repetitive and he kept saying always 'eh' in after every word on mic and that made him not easy to understand, but he is a definitely good man. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
