Can you support and make a Puglia and Sardinia tour a continuous trip instead of having to book two separate tours and support with transfers in between?

Our tours in Puglia and Sardinia are small group tours and fixed departures.

Could you kindly advise which hotels we would be staying at? I also plan to arrive Bari a day early - would there be airport transfer if arriving on April 22 for the start of April 23 tour?

The definitive tour hotel is usually sent 3 weeks before the trip • Bari Excelsior Hotel Bari 4* or similar • Alberobello Grand Hotel La Chiusa di Chietri 4* or similar • Lecce Hotel Delle Palme 4* or Hotel Mercure President 4* or similar In case you book through Eskapas Travel your pre-accommodation we can amend your airport transfer to Apr 22.

How will i know the transport form the airport? will i be getting confirmation about which hotel soon so I can share this with my family?

You will see a sign with your name on it at the airport. Your tour starts on November 6th. I will be sending your hotline list on Monday or Tuesday.

Can you operate this tour the other direction - From Budapest to Berlin?

It is a group tour and cannot be reversed. There are only limited spaces left for September. Please advise if you are interested with the normal itinerary?

How are prices determined for different categories of hotels during the tour?

Hotel prices during tours vary based on hotel star rating and availability. For example, during Christmas, Eiffel Tower View Hotels range from 750-1200€ per night, while normal 3-star hotels cost between 350-450€.

I need to talk to a live agent about the mode of transportation for each location and the hotel category. If the company is picking us up the hotel for each segment of the trip. Do we have to pay in full at the time of booking?

This trip is fully escorted from the beginning to the end with a bilingual guide in English and Spanish. Your hotels are 3-star tourist class hotels in the mentioned cities which are also mentioned at the product page under Accommodation Title. The transport between cities are organized with a 46 seat AC bus. The booking is normally initiated with a deposit (20%) payment if the tour date is more than 65 days to booking date. So here the trip date is close and full payment has to be done.

The tour just kept transferring us from one tour group to another. I was never informed that Eropomundo was picking me up. We had to go to several hotels to pick up different people. Some got dinners and tours we didn't get, we didn’t get many things that were on our itinerary light the chair lift. Our fellow travelers kept changing and worst no one knew anything about the transfer to the airport in Budapest I paid for so I booked my own and would like to be reimbursed.Show more
