  We chose Insight because we had traveled with them to Switzerland pre Covid an were impressed the tour - HOWEVER.Standards and inclusions have declined since then - e.g. "flourishes' are now a coffee or biscuit instead of pre Covid - entrance to the St Bernard dog breading facility. Hotels are no longer in the middle of the action and in some cases were not even on the town map (similar to Cosmos hotel locations). You had to negotiate a flight of steps to get into some hotels, and one we had to walk in a traffic lane to get into the bus. We will no longer travel with Insight as the value for the top price we paid for the tour is not worth it - choose Cosmos instead and save a motza!!Show more

  The tour was a relaxed pace, not too rushed which was nice & the start times in the morning were not too early which was nice as that makes the tour feel more like a vacation. The sights and inclusions were really good and there was no hard sell to take then up by the tour director. The tour took in a not so travelled route of Spain, but none the less the scenery was stunning and beautiful. I wish in some areas we could have spent more time, but not too worry next time.Show more

  Best vacation of my life. Excellent itinerary, comfortable tour bus, and top-notch guide (shoutout to Angela). This trip is a great balance of fun, history, and amazing food. Each destination also has incredibly knowledgable local guides that really bring everything to life. Great customer service too. I booked another tour with Insight while on this trip and was able to set the whole thing up 3 days before departure. I have travelled all over the world, and Insight is the way to go.Show more

  Fantastic experience with Insight Vacations. I loved all the included experiences and how the trip was seemless. I felt myself more relaxed each day. The relax starts were such an added bonus to our vacation.The hotels were lovely and close to everything in each city. Our travel director was amazing. She made sure we had the best experience each and everyday. As well help us a lot on our down time. I would recommend Insight vacations to all my friends and family. You really do travel in style with their coaches and accommodations. I am a true believer of “you get what you pay for”! Thank you Insight and I cannot wait for my next journey in 3 weeks with you!Show more
