The tour includes breakfast and dinner at the hotels. Most hotels offer vegan menu but that might be extra at some. In Cappadocia you'll be staying at Gamirasu Cave Hotel on this tour.

We updated our tours that visited Gobekli Tepe, Gaziantep and Sanliurfa after the earthquake. We replaced the areas impacted by the earthquake with Van and Dogubeyazit.

I went during the lockdown so everything was a little different, but our guide, Goksu, went out of this way to make sure that we could find open restaurants and do everything we wanted. There were so many sites where we were the only people, and that is an experience I definitely won’t forget! If you’re wondering whether you should go or not, GO! One of the reasons I really enjoyed this tour is because you go to areas of Turkey that not a lot of people go to, like Gobekli Tepe and Gaziantep. I loved traveling through the different regions of Turkey and different cuisines - it almost seemed like a different culture. This was a wonderful group to work with and I would book with them again in a heartbeat!! Wonderful guides, good hotels, and AMAZING food!!Show more

  I just want to make sure that there will be vegan choices when the tour goes to specific restaurants and that we won't be taken to tanneries or anything like that.

  Vegan options are unfortunately limited in Turkey, even in the city centres. As this is a road trip you will be sometimes having breaks for lunch in between two towns. Your guide will do his best but we cannot promise that you'll be able to find vegan options at every restaurant. It might be possible to get the hotel to pack something for lunch.
