Thank you so much for your great review, Katrine. It sounds like you had an incredible time on our 6 Day Eyre Peninsula & Flinders Ranges Adventure! We do offer a unique range of experiences in what we think is one of the most spectacular parts of Australia! We do advise before booking passengers on this tour do need to swap buses on day three which although might not be ideal, does mean you get to meet a few extra travellers and experience two of our wonderful guides, not just one! Thank you for jumping on board with Nullarbor Traveller, and we wish you the best on the rest of your travels! Hassie Owner

Nullarbor Traveller or Australian Wildlife Adventures as they are also called, is definitely the worst tour operator...

Hi Gail, Thank you for your feedback and thankfully for me it is a rare occurrence to have to respond to reviews like this as it is extremely disappointing to know we have failed to meet someones expectations. I will call you personally to discuss all of your issues as although two of your friends had contacted us directly some time ago, you yourself have not until now. We have a complaint handing policy in place for the guides to follow and I can sure you we take each and every complaint very seriously. This is why when you friends emailed us we launched a whole investigation into this tour, including getting a formal report from the guides and reaching out to other passengers for feedback. Our guides are the heart and soul of our business. They are experienced and passionate about showing people our destinations which is why almost every review mentions how fantastic they are. I am sorry you did not enjoy them. In regards to food, like any tour company the guides do have a budget to stick to however we try and accommodate all passengers by providing a good variety of meals and fresh foods. You did have some dietary requirements which did meet. We do state snacks are not included but provide breakfast, lunch and dinners. I believe you were on the Xmas tour and the guide went to extra effort cooking passengers up a special Christmas meal which other passengers commented on being lovely. Unfortunately the very popular sea lions experience was booked out so the operator did a second departure so our passengers including yourself, could go in the afternoon. This indeed did throw our schedule off for that day but given that is one of the best wildlife encounters on earth, we think most people on board where happy to have done that and arrived late. However dinner being that late is unacceptable and we agree the guide could have handled this better. We have put measures in place to ensure this will not happen again. I have invested my blood, sweat and tears into building this business for the past 15 years. I love what I do, my guides love what they do and thankfully a majority of our passengers also love what we do. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with Nullarbor Traveller. Regards Hassie

    Asked on November 3rd, 2025

Is it possible to do the Coffin bay tour on day three instead of doing the surf lesson? I am interested in doing the sea lion swim on day 2 but don't want to miss out on Coffin bay! If not, is it possible to do both in one day?

    Tour Details
    • Untamed EscapesOperatorWritten November 2025

I completely understand not wanting to miss out visiting Coffin Bay, a stunning part of the world! I am afraid it won't work. On Day 3 the day is spent near Port Lincoln National park and Whalers way. This is too far for the guide to try and organise people going into Coffin bay. The sea lion tour takes up an entire day and can only be done on Day 2 with our tour timing, so it is a difficult decision!

    • Untamed EscapesOperatorWritten July 2025

Our tours are always open to all ages, so we do not have a specific seniors tour. Currently we have a confirmed departure for this tour on the 16th of December, with a family of 3 and a single passenger. We usually do not see many young single travellers on this particular itinerary, but even if we did, it is not a party atmosphere on these trips, they are centred around getting out into nature.

    Tour Details
    • Untamed EscapesOperatorWritten June 2023

It's recommended for a moderate level of fitness to take part in the tour. There will be an average of 2 - 3 km hikes daily. Most of the walks are on grade 3 - 4 trails.
