All hotels were really amazing and well centralized. All the foods were really good. All the boat tours were nice as well, as well as the 2 day cruise of Hallong Bay. Are all flights during tour scheduled by Legend Travel as a part of the $999 internal airfare and Tour guide fee so that entire group flies together. I am inquiring because some tours on TourRadar require you to book your own flights so you can travel at your convenience.

  Why is this fee paid separately?
  You noticed that the internal airfare and guide fee ($1,199) is handled as a local payment rather than part of the initial upfront cost. Here is why we structure it this way:
  - Group Coordination: By booking the flights for the whole group, we ensure no one is left behind or arrives at a different time, which is essential for the scheduled itinerary.
  - Protection for You: If the tour were canceled for any reason (such as travel restrictions), you are not responsible for this fee upfront.
  - Accurate Pricing: Domestic flight prices and fuel surcharges can fluctuate. Separating this fee allows us to provide the most transparent and stable price for the land portion of your tour.
  - Full Service: This payment doesn't just cover the tickets; it also covers your professional tour guide's salary and all group airport transfers.
  
  Flight Details Included:
  - Routes: Hanoi - Hoi An; Hue - Ho Chi Minh City; Ho Chi Minh City - Siem Reap; Siem Reap - Bangkok; Bangkok - Phuket.

Could you please confirm the exact date you would like to depart from Bangkok to continue the tour portion to Phuket? Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Legend Travel Group will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
