  Parts were good, parts were bad. Arranging the trip and having our requests responded to and honored went well. Our driver was not good. He wasn't holding a sign up with our name on it; didn't help with baggage much; didn't drive particularly well (tailgated and drove too fast on winding roads causing motion sickness); and didn't speak English very well. Our hotel in Fez was delightful - food, room and staff were superb and charming. The tour guide provided was very good. The restaurant we were brought to in the Medina was a tourist trap. Decent, but overpriced compared to other places we went in Morocco. The hotel in Marrakesh was very disappointing. The air conditioning wasn't working in our room (which they knew because they had put two fans in it, but denied) and it had been over 100 degrees that day. They said there were no other rooms available but when we insisted for close to an hour, they found one. Even that AC shut itself off every hour with an error code, so you'd wake up sweltering and have to reset it. It wasn't a restful night at all. We left Marrakesh a day early to end the trip because we were not comfortable. It was very disappointing because we really didn't get to see Marrakesh, but we were just out of patience by the end of the trip.Show more

  Dear Barbara, Thank you for your comment, Your tour is Casablanca to Marrakech 3 days 2 nights in Fes, which includes only 2 nights hotel in Fes and the Local guide, We are glad to hear that the hotel in Fez was delightful - food, room and staff were superb and charming, and the tour guide provided was very good. Regarding Marrakech and everything extra is not included in your tour and you didn't pay for it, Also the drive provided from Marrakech to Casablanca was free of charge, we hope that you will be planning another visit to Morocco soon and we will be happy to see you again, Kind regards Abdellatif Cultural Morocco Tours.

  Cultural morocco days tour was the high light of our trip to morocco not only did we have an amazing time but left the trip feeling like we had learn a lot about Moroccan culture and the way in which it had developed. Our host for the trip Abdel was are really caring genuine man which you could really have laugh with, He looked after the whole of us very well and made the trip worth while. Highly recommended.Show more
