Dear Dr. Shkedi, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. We always do our best to satisfy our guests, while recognizing that expectations can differ. We believe the other group members enjoyed the tour, although some misunderstandings about the arrangements appear to have complicated your experience. We accommodated two postponements, from March to June 2026 and then to September, following the disruption to flights from Tel Aviv during the Iran conflict. Your guide accompanied the group during daytime activities and to the accommodations for hotels, Where in the Medina, Riad staff handled luggage and check-in. In Marrakech, the riad provided six rooms instead of five. We also offered an alternative hotel, but you prefer to remain at the Riad. We understand that the additional room did not resolve your concern. The Atlas waterfall walk was considered challenging for some group members. We acknowledge that a suitable alternative would have improved the day for those unable to participate. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
