  We had such an amazing time on our 9-day tour of Morocco, Everything was so well planned and organized and we really enjoyed every moment of the trip. A big thank you to our driver, Fouad who was friendly knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable and very welcomed throughout the journey. We also had wonderful local guides, *Meryem in Fes and Yetto in Marrakech, who showed us around and shared so much about the history and culture of each city. The vehicle was new, clean, and very comfortable, which made the long drives much easier. All the accommodations were great, but we especially loved the beautiful riads in Fes and Marrakech. They were full of charm and made our stay even more special. The desert was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip, We loved the camel ride through the dunes, and staying at the desert camp was such a unique and unforgettable experience. we couldn't have asked for a better trip, everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Morocco. Thank you for such wonderful memories!Show more

  Our 9-day private cultural tour of Morocco from Casablanca was an unforgettable experience. From the warm welcomes to the fascinating history and beautiful scenery, every day gave us something special to remember. Our driver, Yassine, was kind, patient, and professional, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the journey. Our guides, Meryem in Fes and Yetto in Marrakech, brought both cities to life with their knowledge and personal stories. We learned so much about Moroccan culture, especially its Amazigh traditions and Jewish heritage. One of the highlights was our stay at Tiziri Camp. Ahmed, the owner and singer, welcomed us with such warmth, and his music made our evening in the Sahara truly memorable. The accommodations throughout the tour were wonderful, especially the beautiful riads, each with its own character and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we met added something meaningful to our experience. Thank you, Cultural Morocco Tours, for a beautifully organized journey.   We returned from the trip quite disappointed. This trip was preceded by a 10-day trip from Agadir to Western Sahara, by another Moroccan company, Discover Morroco Tours, a fairly successful trip (also organized through tourradar). On this trip I also learned what is customary on trips in Morocco and what to expect. On that trip we were given a guide and driver who were with us all day and even after the day tour was over. On the other hand, the trip you organized suffered from many problems that made it difficult to enjoy. 1. First, the guide did the minimum and probably less than he was obligated to. He did not accompany us to the hotels and left us to deal with the problems at the hotel alone and to find our way alone in the Medina's stymies. 2. We asked for and were promised (in writing!!!) rooms with separate beds in a hotel in Marrakech. Instead, we received a hotel that only had two rooms with separate beds. Why didn't you look for another hotel in the Medina? We were told by the guide that the distance between the hotel and the main square is 5 minutes. It took 25 tiring minutes each way. 3. In a conversation with the guide, he said that it was not his job to accompany us at the end of the daily trip. The company is responsible and he is just a freelancer. 4. On the eighth day of the trip, we did not see the guide at all. A local guide was sent to accompany us from 9:30 to 13:30 and after the tour were left alone. The hotel employee was kind and helped us as much as he could, far beyond his duty. 5. On the day of the trip to the Sahara (day 9), a trip to a waterfall was planned. The guide said that the route was difficult and not suitable for the group. He went on a trip with 3 female travelers and we 7 travelers were left to wait. It happens that one, two or three travelers gave up going on the tour. But it is unacceptable that most of the group (70%) will wait until the guide returns. I suggested that we choose an alternative route that suited everyone, but he wasn't even willing to listen to me and went on a comfortable trip with 3 young women. 6. We complained that we were required to pay for entrance fees, even though the conditions of the trip did not state that entrance fees were not included. Finally, the company agreed to refund us only the entrance fee to the mosque in Casablanca, but was in no hurry to do so. On the last day of the trip, we insisted on our demand to receive the money and finally we did, but the company representative, who was probably not in vain, picked up the phone and, apart from the fact that I understood that the company had been around for 25 years and there had never been any complaints, I only heard shouting. 7. The guide said goodbye to us at the airport when we got out of the car and we gave him the customary tip. In contrast, the guide in western Morocco and all the guides we had experienced on previous trips entered the terminal with us until check-in and saw that everything was going smoothly, and only then did they leave. Here we were left alone and managed. 8. Morocco is charming and despite the unsatisfactory treatment of your company we will try to remember the encounter with the landscapes, culture, colors and hospitable inhabitants of Morocco. We believe the other group members enjoyed the tour, although some misunderstandings about the arrangements appear to have complicated your experience. We accommodated two postponements, from March to June 2026 and then to September, following the disruption to flights from Tel Aviv during the Iran conflict. Your guide accompanied the group during daytime activities and to the accommodations for hotels, Where in the Medina, Riad staff handled luggage and check-in. In Marrakech, the riad provided six rooms instead of five. We also offered an alternative hotel, but you prefer to remain at the Riad. We understand that the additional room did not resolve your concern. The Atlas waterfall walk was considered challenging for some group members. We acknowledge that a suitable alternative would have improved the day for those unable to participate. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We even added an extra day in the desert, which allowed us to savor the experience and relax by the pool. Our private tour guide, Fares, was fantastic, highlighting the stunning beauty of Morocco at every turn. Each day was filled with discovery and adventure, followed by relaxing stays in thoughtfully selected hotels and riads. I created so many wonderful memories and can’t recommend this experience enough to my family and friends! A definite highlight was our night in the Sahara desert, the camel ride, delicious food, luxurious tents, and live music were simply magical.
