You'll arrive in Halifax and check into your downtown hotel in this vibrant Atlantic Ocean city. This evening there's a Meet & Greet where you'll connect with your Tour Director, Driver/Guide, and fellow travelers.

Halifax to Moncton
This morning you'll head to the Bay of Fundy to see the highest tides and walk through the Joggins Fossil Cliffs UNESCO World Heritage Site where you can view 300 million years of fossil records. After that, you'll travel to New Brunswick and have a lobster dinner on a lobster boat before checking into your Moncton hotel.

Moncton to Saint John
You'll see the Hopewell Rocks with their distinctive flower-pot shaped formations carved by the world's highest tides. Then you'll travel through Fundy National Park to Saint John, Canada's first incorporated city, for a city tour that includes the Reversing Falls. You're checking in for a two-night stay here.

Saint John
Today you'll take a day trip to St. Andrews by-the-Sea. A whale watching boat tour is on the schedule (weather permitting), and then you'll have the afternoon free to walk around this charming coastal town at your own pace.

Saint John to Digby
You'll take the ferry back to Nova Scotia this morning and arrive in Digby, known as the scallop capital of the world. After that, you'll check into the Digby Pines Golf Resort & Spa, which overlooks the Annapolis Basin on the Bay of Fundy.

Digby to Halifax
You'll travel through the lush Annapolis Valley where French Acadians made their first settlement in the early 1600s. A local winery is next on the itinerary for a tour and tasting where you'll learn about this UNESCO World Heritage Site landscape. Later you'll head back to Halifax for a two-night stay.

Halifax
This morning you'll have breakfast in the rustic fishing village of Peggy's Cove overlooking one of the most photographed lighthouses in the world. From there, you'll travel the South Shore to the UNESCO World Heritage Town of Lunenburg for a walking tour and a visit to the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic.

You'll start at the Millbrook Cultural & Heritage Centre to learn about the Mi'kmaq people. Then you'll cross the Confederation Bridge, the world's longest continuous multi-span bridge, to Prince Edward Island. After checking into your Charlottetown hotel for a two-night stay, you'll head to a theatre performance at the Confederation Centre of the Arts this evening.

The morning is free in Charlottetown or you can join a complimentary walking tour if you'd like. In the afternoon, you'll explore the scenic North Shore with its red cliffs, white beaches, and sand dunes, then visit Anne of Green Gables Heritage Place. This evening you'll have a traditional hall-style lobster supper.

Baddeck
Today you'll drive along the Cabot Trail, one of North America's most scenic routes, winding around Cape Breton's rocky northern shore and ascending to the plateaus of Cape Breton Highlands National Park. You'll also visit the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site in Baddeck to learn about this inventor.

You'll spend the day at Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site, a reconstruction that shows one-fifth of the 1744 New France settlement. Later you'll board the Marine Atlantic ferry at North Sydney for an overnight crossing to Port aux Basques, your entry point to Newfoundland.

Port aux Basques to Port au Choix

Port au Choix to Labrador
You'll board the ferry from St. Barbe to cross the Strait of Belle Isle to Labrador. From there, you'll travel to Red Bay National Historic Site, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where Basques operated a whaling station in the 16th century. You'll spend the night in Labrador.

Labrador to St. Anthony

Cow Head
You'll see why Gros Morne National Park is such a highlight with a scenic boat tour on Bonne Bay where you can watch for bald eagles in the deep fjord waters. You'll also visit the Tablelands, a flat-topped mountain of rock that's normally found only deep in the earth's mantle.
