  The guide Ayoub was great. He was an excellent driver and did everything he could to smooth out any problems. The hotels were at best 3 stars. I would not take our again without doing some research into the hotel. We had problems in that the beds were terrible, there was not water in the room, there were no televisions in some places, and there was no soap in one place. Twice we opted to get our own hotel at our expense. There was also a conflict on which agency was in charge. No one answered the agency numer that was posted. Even the name was in question. The tours was marketed as "Morocco best tours", they said they had no register of my tour, so I still do not know who ran the tour. Accoring to Moracco Beast Tour, "[16:57, 9/17/2026] Moracco Best Tours: Hi Arthur, I think there has been a misunderstanding. The booking shown in the screenshots is not a booking made through our website/company. It appears to be a TourRadar booking with another tour operator. For this reason, we don’t have access to the details regarding your tour departure from Casablanca on the 18th. Please contact the company you booked the tour with directly through TourRadar, as they should provide you with the exact meeting point and departure time. Regarding the accommodation, I would like to clarify a few points. The itinerary and accommodation arrangements were provided as part of the tour, and we always recommend that travelers review the itinerary carefully so they are familiar with the route and planned overnight stops. On the fifth night, the itinerary was scheduled to include an overnight stay in Boumalne Dades. However, you decided to skip this stop, and we had to make a last-minute adjustment to the itinerary and arrange accommodation for you in Marrakech instead. We covered the cost of this additional hotel ourselves. There was also another accommodation arranged for you in Marrakech as part of the original itinerary. However, you chose not to enter or stay at that riad. For this reason, I believe it would be difficult to evaluate the room or accommodation itself without having seen or stayed in it. We understand that accommodation preferences can vary from traveler to traveler, and we take your comments about the beds, water, televisions, and soap seriously. We will review these points with the accommodations involved. Regarding the confusion about the tour operator, your booking was made through TourRadar, and the company responsible for operating the tour was the operator listed on your TourRadar booking. The WhatsApp messages you received from another company appear to have resulted from confusion between different tour operators and company names. We regret that this caused uncertainty during your trip. Thank you again for your feedback.   We, as a family, haven't had a more incredible holiday before... all thanks to Morocco Best Tours. Let me start by why we chose to go for a guided tour across Morocco. Its a huge country and to be able to fully immerse oneself in its culture and wealth of history, we felt it would be best to have a fully customised, guided tour. So I started by looking up tour agents on Tourradar and sent emails to three highly rated agent. Right at the onset, the immense detail and professionalism in the email sent by Ali at Morocco Best Tours made it crystal clear for me that this is indeed my choice. We badgered them a million times over to fine tune our plan but their patience with our endless queries and demands was really commendable. They were polite and personable and just so forthcoming with all kinds of help. We covered Marrkech-casablance-rabat-ifran-arzou- Fez-volubilis-erfoud-mezouga-todra gorges and valley- dadas gorge and valley-ourrzazate- rissani-Khamlia and much much more... all in 06 days with my beyond amazing driver and guide ismail. He became like family and did not leave us alone at any point. I dont know how many more words I am allowed to add here in the review but I could spend a day or more writing praises for this amazing tour agency. Do not even think twice before reaching out to them to help you plan your spiritual, life changing... emotionally enriching journey across this most astounding country which is not just walls and structures... but a whole lot of heart.Show more

  This was indeed an amazing and unforgettable trip. Me and my cousin just got back from our 6 day trip to Morrocco and I'm physically back but mentally I'm still in Morocco. What a charming cultural country is it. The local people there are so very nice, so welcoming and kind. Great hospitality everywhere we went. To begin with, I would like to thank hassan and karim for creating an amazing itinerary for us. They were very prompt with communication and karim made sure our trip was tailored to our needs. She took every little request of ours into consideration and made it happen. Everything from start to end, from airport transfers to beautiful Riad accommodations, to private guides, to restaurant recommendations were on point. karim - you are the best! Our driver/guide Ahmed was absolutely amazing. He took great care of us during the entire trip. He was very knowledgeable, professional , gave us great insight on Morroccon history and helped us with shopping. He made us comfortable and safe and always accompanied us when needed. We laughed alot and shared lots of stories during our drive. Thank u Ahmed for everything. A special thank you to our guide Hamid in Fes, Hamid in Imlil and Mustaffa in Marrakech. They were amazing and shared alot of knowledge with us and took amazing photos for me. My favorite highlight on the trip was Merzouga Desert and night in the Mirage Luxury camp ( best glamping ever )Mohammed at the camp was soo soo charming. He made our stay amazing and unforgettable. Thank you for the great experience. I highly recommend Morocco Best Tours .They are very professional and will definitely make your trip enjoyable and unforgettable. Morocco is beautiful!Show more

  Our experience with the ''Morocco best tours'' Morocco tour was wonderful. Seeing all the highlights of Morocco. Our guide Hassin was amazing and full of knowledge, he even sat with us one evening for hours in the Dades Gorge and told us the history of Morocco and the three kings. Our driver Said was a bit of a joker and a lovely guy. The day guide Hamid through the city of Fes again was so great , kind and knowledgable. The itinerary is tight and busy but you will see all the highlights of Morocco and are never to rushed, you will visit a lot of local co-Ops which at first seemed like a bit of a trap.. however the local artists, artisans and farmers are wonderful, and once taken through each, you leave wanting to take a little(or big) item home with you. Sahara desert it’s incredible and Morocco and Moroccans are absolutely gorgeous.Show more
