We are currently selling certain tours for January 2026. In this case, this is one of the tours that we are already selling and we can guarantee you a departure.

I would like to book a group tour that is guarantee starting on July 22 when I arrive in Ecuador. I don't want to do a solo trip and pay a huge supplement fee. But I will pay supplement in a group tour. I just need to know if the trip is guarantee date. Looks like all the trips I've asked so far for July 22 are not guaranteed.

Please tell me what trips in Ecuador on July 22 that are guaranteed with other people for a group tour.

I need to understand the extra pay for an inland flight and the other included flight and when is the time to be back to Quito when tour finished in order to arrange hotel and other journey

Normally on last Day, the flight to Quito departs at 8 am (this tour ends up once we get back ti Quito from Loja). So normally we book the tickets, this is why it appear as extra.

Will the tour be in Spanish or in English? I'm a female solo traveler, would it be possible to share a twin room with a fellow female solo traveler? Would it be possible to arrange the arrival transfer from the airport in Quito to the hotel? Would it be possible to have an early check-in at the hotel? The tour ends in Quito, correct? Would it be possible to arrange a couple of nights post-tour accommodation in Quito?

All of our guides speak Spanish (native) and English (fluent). Early check-in time is at 2:00 PM and costs USD 70. Airport to Quito transfer can be arranged for USD 55. For August, no group dates available, only possible with single supplement price of USD 1095. Air fare from Loja to Quito is around USD 110. Tour ends in Quito. Extra nights and airport transfer can be added.

Can we put three people in one room? We always have been able to travel that way in the past. The child is 17. Is this trip customizable? How many people are in a group?

Yes we can allocate 3 people in a room if need it. We consider child under 12 years old, so in this case is the same adult rate for everyone. Yes you can customize the tour if need it for an additional price. By now we are operating all of our tours almost in private for the same price published. So if you decided to book this tour it will be just you 3.

  For August we don't have any dates as a group tour. The only way to guarantee participation is by adding the single supplement price of USD 1050. Most bookings are currently private or require a minimum of 2 people for group rate.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
