Itinerary
- Day 1
Prague
You'll arrive in Prague and get settled into your accommodation. There's a welcome meeting at 6 pm where you'll meet your group leader and other travelers on the tour. After the meeting wraps up, some group members usually head to a local beer hall to get to know each other and kick things off.

Landmarks Old Town Square - Day 2
Prague
Your cycling adventure starts with a bike fitting and orientation ride led by your group leader through Prague's streets. You'll get some history lessons while checking out Old Town Square and historic buildings along the Vltava River. After that, the rest of your day is yours to use however you like - museums, a walk across Charles Bridge in the evening, or just wandering around at your own pace.

Prague to Cesky Krumlov
You'll head out early by local transport (vehicle or train, depending on group size) to Ceske Budejovice, which takes about 2.5 hours. From there, you'll start cycling a short 30-kilometre ride around Budejovice and along the Vltava River through South Bohemian countryside, finishing in Cesky Krumlov. The afternoon is free time, so you can explore this medieval town at your leisure, ride more, hike, or check out local attractions.

- Day 4
Cesky Krumlov to Lipno and Vltavou
Another early morning means getting on your bike to ride along the Vltava River from Cesky Krumlov through the countryside. You'll climb over the plateau and descend down to the wooded shores of Lipno Lake near the Czech-Austrian border, arriving in the small town of Lipno and Vltavou. After exploring the area, you'll drive roughly 140 kilometres to Kollmitzberg for the night.

Landmarks Lipno Lake Vltava River - Day 5
Kollmitzberg to Melk
Today you'll cycle alongside the Danube River on a mostly flat route from Kollmitzberg to Melk, covering about 60 kilometres. As you get closer to Melk, the famous Melk Abbey's towers and dome come into view rising above the town. Once you arrive, you have the option to tour the Abbey if you're interested.

Landmarks Melk Abbey Danube River 
- Day 6
Melk to Reidling
You'll ride along the northern banks of the Danube, mostly following dedicated cycle paths and passing small riverside towns and villages. Some sections have sand beaches where you could take a break. You'll pedal through the UNESCO-listed Wachau vineyard terraces, an area producing wine since the Middle Ages, ending your day in the small village of Reidling.

Reidling to Vienna
This is the longest cycling day at around 70 kilometres, riding back along the Danube cycle path into Vienna along the southern banks. The route is mostly slightly downhill, which helps on such a long day. When you arrive in Vienna, you can relax with coffee and sacher torte. The city has lots of classical arts, culture, and food to explore, and many groups organize a celebratory dinner together.

- Day 8
Vienna
No planned activities today, so you're free to leave whenever works for you. Vienna is a large city with plenty to see, so staying an extra day or two is really worthwhile if you have the time. You can visit museums, cultural attractions, or other sites on your own schedule.
