The tour was not at all what we expected. The site said we were meant to be doing the tour with 6 people maximum,...
The tour was not at all what we expected. The site said we were meant to be doing the tour with 6 people maximum, while eventually we were with 15+ and everyday different people. Also the pick up from our hostel was always late, and after the pick up we had to drive another 40 minutes through the whole city to pick up the rest. It also said it was a '4-day tour', but actually there were only two days with activities. Booking this trip feels like a scam, and a partly refund would seem like the least you guys could do. Hope to hear anything from you.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Hi Travel Argentina. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Hi Travel Argentina will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
