Amazing trip, the organization, the food, the cruise and specially our guide « Khaled » so kind man, Had a wonderful time with Egypt Best Holidays Company. and itinerary from Cairo to Aswan fully met our expectations. We saw a lot of historical sights and our guide was very knowledgeable. It was the perfect balance between historical facts and free time to enjoy the monuments on your own. Between the sights we could relax on the boat. The staff was friendly as well. The buffet also had vegetarian options. Staff on cruise was awesome and very welcoming! Food was great, chef was great and enjoyed all the dinners. Everything needed was on board and helped with. Additionally, the impeccable organization ensured a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this Company for anyone seeking a transformative cultural journey .Must do!Show more

Our guide in Luxor, Khalid Abdulla, was the best I have ever had in any of the worldwide tours I have taken. We were to go from the train to a 4-star to freshen up before our Aswan tour. We did not. We were taken on our tours, then to a 3-star (?) hotel - no water, no glasses, no cups, had to ask three times for towels.,The evening staff were not helpful, but the day staff was very much so. The other aspects of the Egypt tours were very good. Did not like the trains.Show more

The tour was OK but definitely not as expected. If you are planning to do the camel ride at the pyramids DON'T - we did it , it lasts just enough to go away from the guide and tourists when the camel handler started to harass me and my partner for money. When I said tip comes after we are done, they pulled me away from the group and continued to harass me. It was the worst experience ! The hotel and guide in Aswan were below standard. The tour in Luxor was the most enjoyable one thanks to the guide Khaled. He made us feel welcome and relaxed and it was real pleasure to enjoy our time there with him!Show more

This tour is highly recommendable for travelers who know what places want to visit, and want to have specialized assistance on traveling from point A to B. The schedule is not too busy, and keeps moments where you are have some free time on your own between scheduled visits. All the means of transportation through Egypt are included, and have always drivers and/or guides on time, to support you on arrival in the airports, train stations and tour visits between the various places. The hotels are well recommended, between 3 and 4 stars, with good comfort, especially in Luxor and Cairo. A special word for the guides, in Luxor and Cairo, very well understandable and knonledge and great company.Show more

My trip was ok but it was not really a group tour. For a lot of the trip I was on my own in hotels/day trips. For the first part of the trip I was with some other tour group members, the first day in Giza was good but the communication of what to expect for the day was not great The people who were with me in Cairo went on a cruise in Luxor along with many others and I was allocated to my hotel etc alone. The tour guide who was in Luxor at this point was quite helpful but again the plan of my time in Luxor was not very well explained. The tour guide offered for me to upgrade to go on the cruise but it was $300 for a two night stay on top of what I had paid. Despite the fact it was New Years Eve there was nothing arranged for the night when I was in Luxor and I was travelling solo. My tour guide here Khaled was very helpful in Luxor. When I arrived back to Cairo I returned to the hotel where I first started. I arrived in at 6am and could not get my room until 2pm. This was the Amarante hotel in Giza. As I was waiting I dosed off and a member of the hotel woke me shouting at me asking what I was doing. I was very embarrassed and I explained that I was waiting for my room. Throughout my stay I found them so rude and unhelpful. I asked four times for someone to fix my safe and three times for someone to take cutlery to my room. On neither occasion did I have my safe fixed or did I receive the cutlery. Wifi was terrible and at one point I sat in the lounge, the waiter came up and asked me to leave as I was not buying a drink. I explained I was a guest at the hotel and needed to use Wifi as I could not use this in my room. He continued to ask me to leave. The ladies who worked at the hotel and the older gentleman who dealt with luggage storage were very pleasant. Overall apart from the logistics of getting from A to B I was not really impressed with the tour. Egypt is hard for a solo female traveller and the fact that there is such poor communication with the day to day logistics makes it quite unsettlingShow more

Misleading and ill-logistic ( 1- Your tour was 11 Persons in Cairo and 24 in Aswan and Luxor , group tour not group Hotels specially we have many guests in different hotels and have same tours ,, 2- Giza was good and Luxor tour guide is very helpful as you say even though the guides got 2 stars rating , How CONVENIENT ? ,, 3- You asked to join the group in Nile Cruise tour and we offered you 300 USD for 3 nights + The new year obligatory Gala dinner not for 2 nights as you CLAIM specially we never had 2 nights cruise itinerary ,4- You rated the meals as 1 star although the included meals were only breakfast in open buffet in Cairo , Aswan and Luxor Hotel ? Does all of them really that bad when it comes to the breakfast,,, 5- You arrived 6 AM and the check in is at 2 PM and you know that before you arrive and it is easy to buy extra night to check in directly when you arrive very early like that as all the hotels all over the world specially it was Dec 28th and all hotels were fully booked , you are not happy because you slept 8 Hours at the reception which is not the right place for that and your problem is clear that after check out they allowed you to stay at the reception but HOW COME they don't give you FREE WIFI ,, We really care about the the opinion of our guests but not for such misleading and ill logistic stuff , All the best and Happy new year
