The full day tour of Kathmandu provided by Approved Holidays is wonderful and great value for money. It is ideal for travelers who have limited time in the city and want to make the most of it. For a very reasonable sum of money you get the services of an expert guide and private driver who will introduce you to four of the major sights in Kathmandu (hotel pick-up and drop-off is also included). My guide, Rajan, was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history and culture of this fascinating city alive. Our first stop was the ‘Monkey Temple’, Swayambhunath, a beautiful place with fantastic views over the Kathmandu valley. We then visited UNESCO-listed Durbar Square which is has some wonderful temples and structures. After lunch we walked around the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa before concluding our tour at the Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu temple complex located on the banks of the Bagmati River. I had a wonderful day tour with this company, Approved Holidays. My guide Rajan came to my hotel at 9 am. He took me pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Monkey temple and patan durbar. It was interesting to see live crematation in Pashupati. Boudhanath also amazing place to visit. Guide Ram was very informative with all these sightseeing places. He explained about Nepalese culture, people and lifestyle. Finally, he droped me to my hotel. Thanks to Prakash for organizing this wonderful tour.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Approved Holidays Pvt. Ltd.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
