Asked on November 16th, 2024Just wondering if your tour covers seeing the sunset over the Meteora monasteries? If not, is there another tour that can be added that night to go and see it? What time do we get to Meteora? Also is the island cruising on a public ferry or a private boat? Can you advise the name of the hotels you use so I can check them out?
Private Tours GreeceOperator•Written November 2024The tour you've selected is a group tour, and on the first day, you'll arrive at Meteora in the evening, so unfortunately, it won't be possible to catch the sunset. If seeing the sunset around the Meteora rocks is a priority for you, it truly is magical, I would recommend a private tour of the mainland or maybe a different group itinerary that may include time to experience the sunset at Meteora. As for the island cruising, it is not private. It's on a large ferry with other passengers. However, if you're interested, we can arrange a private cruise tailored to your preferences.

Day 4 Half Day Guided Tour Acropolis, Museum and panoramic City Tour. The total cost comes to 1720- Eur in total. Suggested 4* hotels: In Meteora: 'Kastalia', In Athens 'Athens Cypria'.
