Does this price include the bike hire & if flying from Portugal best way to get to the starting point

The bike is included in the Tour! For this Tours the best option is to flight to Venice and then from Milano.

Will the group rides be divided into multiple groups with different capabilities? What would happen if one cannot finish the ride midway?

If you are doubting about your level for this itinery, I would suggest taking a look at the Trans-Dolomites Challenge Tour. It's a very similar tour, (same location) but the rides are easier and in most of our dates we have intermediate level so I think this option will be suitable for both of you.
