Total Ripoff. DO NOT USE TourRadar. Paid $770 plus single supplement of $435, total $1235, for 3 nights at Jarke and 2 half day tours that were on my itinerary as 2 full day tours that cost $46 for the one and about the same for the other. In other words, I got 2 half day tours and 3 nights accommodations I could’ve booked myself for $412 at a cost of $1235! And the single supplement is a total scam. The room charge for a hosteleria was the same single or double. Actually, there should be reduction for single as there one less bad breakfast consumed. This is absolutely criminal.Show more

Dear Christine, We are very sorry you feel this is a scam. We have the best intention to show you the best of our country with worry - free and smoothly services. We think there is a miss understanding. First of all we were just about to call you on the phone, when we received this review. Tour Radar is an excellent platform. We have sold many tours trough Tour Radar and we can assure this is a great company and not scam, at all. The price for double or single room is the same. You are right. But if the room is paid by two people, the price is splited into 2. But if it is paid by only one person, this single person pays the total price of the room. That is why prices are shown in double base, and if you travel alone, you have to pay a single supplement. In this case, you booked a single room, therefore you have to pay the single supplement. Also, you booked all services as single, even though you were planning to travel with another person. You made two different bookings on Tour Radar. It means, for example, single private transfers for each one, instead of one transfer for both of you. We are very sorry for this review, because we think we provided all the services you booked in advance, which are specified in the platform. The itinerary describes the excursions. It does not mention that excursions are half day or full day. We will now clarify this, because it could lead to a confusion. But we have included and charge you the cost for each excursion as it is, not as if it were full day excursions. Once again, we are very sorry you feel this way. - For any tour departing before June 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with People Travel and Experience. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
