This 3 day adventure was GREAT!! Even though it started on Day 1 super early (3.30am!) it was worth it in order to fit everything in. Cappadocia is truly as amazing 9and guide was great) as it looks however make sure you do the additional extra hot air balloon ride - it is the highlight of the 2 days (even if another early start and an expensive add on - well worth it!). The Garden Inn hotel was lovely, peaceful and relaxing. It took 2 flights to get from there to Ephesus which was annoying, but all went smoothly - i was disappointed not to have more time to explore Kusadasi (we arrived ~midnight!). Finally Ephesus was interesting and again the guide was excellent and we managed to avoid the long lines at the Temple of Virgin Mary. Only downside was the meet and transfer back to hotel in Istanbul at the end, which was chaotic, delayed and an irritating end (we should have just got a taxi) to what was otherwise a fabulous tour!Show more

Day 1-2 Cappadocia Green Tour was more interesting guide was good and really enjoyed his job. The last day was cut short because of a delay start and having to catch a plane. Day 3 Ephesus Dilan was a fantastic guide very informative but kept it interesting She hss a great sense of humour which I think is important as we are spending a day together Dilan very kindly bought us all kuniffe when I said that I had never tasted it was delicious We truly enjoyed our day with Dilan and think she is the best guide we have had in Turkey. The only down side was the pick up at the Istanbul airport by LaaL transfer car. Total confusion, it was one hour before the driver turned up and that was after a lot of calls from my end.Show more

Everything went smoothly, except for a minor hitch in the hotel accommodation on the last day. This was somehow offset by the upgraded free private transfer from hotel to airport in Istanbul. The contact person, Ismail, who also guided us in Ephesus was knowledgeable, gracious, hospitable & with a good sense of humor. The 3-day tour was a bit hectic for us given that we came from a 12-day pilgrimage. If you could offer a similar tour with hotel room to rest & refresh before each flight, would be better. This is specially applicable for those combining this tour with other tours/Holy Land pilgrimages.Show more

  In both way, getting a transfer is easy. I personally prefer staying in the city, however, if you don't have much time (1-2 days) to visit the city, it is better to stay near to Airport.

  That day, you will leave the Hotel at 10:00 am for the Southern Cappadocia Tour. The Tour finishes around 16:00 - 17:00. And, it is way out the check-out time. And, your departure time for the airport must be 20:00 - 20:30. So, you are without room about 3-4hrs.
