Itinerary
- Day 1
Aswan
You'll arrive at Aswan Airport or Railway Station and get transferred directly to the Semiramis III cruise ship. After checking in, lunch is served on board while you settle in. Then you'll spend the afternoon exploring Aswan itself, hitting the High Dam for views over Lake Nasser, heading to Philae Temple on an island in the Nile, and checking out the unfinished obelisk that shows how ancient workers quarried stone. Dinner happens on the cruise in the evening, and you'll sleep on board.

- Day 2
Kom Ombo to Edfu
Start with breakfast on the cruise, then sail south to Kom Ombo where you'll walk through the temple dedicated to two gods, Sobek the crocodile and Haroeris the falcon. Lunch comes back on the ship as you continue sailing toward Edfu. You'll reach Edfu by late afternoon, and after dinner on board, you'll have the evening to rest or relax on deck before an overnight stay.

Edfu to Luxor
Early morning tea and coffee gets you started before heading ashore to visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is one of the best preserved temples in Egypt. You'll return to the cruise for a proper breakfast, then sail north toward Luxor, passing through the Esna Lock. After arriving in Luxor, the afternoon brings visits to Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank, where you can see massive columns and carved walls. There's afternoon tea on board, followed by dinner, and you'll spend another night on the cruise.

Luxor
Have breakfast on board before disembarking from the Semiramis III for good. The morning takes you to the Valley of the Kings where you'll enter three royal tombs with painted walls and burial chambers. After that, you'll see Queen Hatshepsut Temple, her limestone funerary temple built into the cliffs, and the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues on the plain. In the afternoon, you'll head to Luxor Airport or Railway Station for your departure flight or train ride home.
