Nubian AdventureThe overall itinerary was good. My husband found the drive to Abu Simbel long. The final day’s activities in Aswan were not necessary and we were all ready to return to Cairo. Local restaurant at Aswan served food that lead to stomach upset. More night time entertainment needed on board the boat until 10pm due to early morning starts. The belly dancing show for example was goood. We are unsure whether the Blue Shadow crew received our tip money as our guide Omar asked for it to be handed to himself and not put into the tip box at reception on the boat. We feel costs like entrance fees and tips should be included in the package price. This will make it easier for us. Overall the cost of entrance fees was a lot higher than indicated by Tour Radar. Guides- Mamdouh was excellent. Mahommed we found a bit hard to understand his accent.
