Thanking you for overall fair experience. My observations are as follows 1. I understand your day to day program. But changes are made at onset without any explanation??? 2. When we have paid for the certain activity , for example cable car ride I should be told well in advance of its unavailability. Not on the day of the ride . 3. As a first time visitor to Srinagar, I am at the total mercy of the tour guide( and he knows this 4. The tour guide must not take advantage of tourists who lack full knowledge. They tend to ask the question’ do you want to do that activity? ‘ or do you really want to see that spot whence you can enjoy the view from this high point ? In effect they are hoping for a favorable response so that that particular activity is overlooked and time saved on his side . 5. When a certain activity is in the program , for example a trip to Saffron Fields you do not circumvent this tour by making a short cut . That is take a look at the field WHILE the car is in motion. It should not be the tourist to demand a hold at the field and walk at one of the fields as per the program. After all we have come for the experience!!! 6. When a certain activity is included in the package I should not be asked to part with money for that activity, it defeats the word ‘package’Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Panda Experiences. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Panda Experiences will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
