There are 2 airports in Istanbul (IST and SAW) and we provide transfer from both of these airports. No worries. You can arrive anytime during the day since there is no activity on day 1. That would be possible to change your flight from Cappadocia to Antalya, instead of Istanbul.

Is someone going to pick me up from the airport to hotel?

The first day will be your arrival and airport transfer day, and we will arrange your transfer accordingly.

We (2 persons) are interested in the 6 day tour from 12May till 17 May. These are our questions: 1) not sure if you have minimum no, is this tour guaranteed? 2) on day 3, how much time do I have for the Bosphorus cruise & Spice Markets? How much does it cost? 3) on day 3, what time is the flight to Cappadocia?

This is a guaranteed departure tour, so you may book for any available dates. The Bosphorus Cruise & Spice Market Tour is an optional half-day tour and not included in the main package. The Bosphorus cruise lasts about 1–1.5 hours, followed by a visit to the Spice Bazaar. The price is 55 Euros per person. Depending on your flight schedule: If you would like to join the half-day tour, we can arrange your flight for late afternoon or evening. If you prefer not to join the optional tour, your flight can be scheduled around noon instead. As you will have another tour on Day 5 in Cappadocia, your return flight from Cappadocia to Istanbul will be in the evening.

Confirm arrival time back to Istanbul for this tour on July 3? Is it in the morning or afternoon?

You will return to Istanbul on Day 5 (02nd July) in the evening and spend one night at your Istanbul hotel. Day 6 (03rd July) will be your departure day, with only the airport transfer scheduled.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children 15 and 17 years old). We would like to visit Istanbul and Cappadocia including taking the hot air balloon ride.

This tour is suitable for you. We provide an arrival airport transfer to your hotel on 11th April and a departure airport transfer from your hotel to the airport on 16th April. We can also gladly arrange a hot air balloon ride once your booking is confirmed.

Very good organisized tour. We stayed in the old town of Istanbul at Antea Hotel old town, near to all historical monuments and grand bazar. The location of the hotel was at a sqare so the traffic was not disturbing. NeXT stay was at a cave Hotel Melekler evi Suites a very nice Hotel with a relaxing garden, the Hotel had no dinner restaurant so it was à walk in to town. We had the luck to do a balloon flight, expensive but worth the money. Tour guides at both locations were good. À bit difficult to find the taxi at Istanbul AirPort. The company send pictures of the exit maps but they should have explained the system to us. It was very confusing the first time. It was also a long waiting time because they waited for à LOT of people before they showed us the way to our taxi.Show more

(kusadasi, leather. kapadokya, seramics or carpet etc.) while they are doing that they are trying to give the people the chance to see or buy something special as a memory or souvenir from this country, with the encouragement of the government as all these tour guides are working under the authority of government. so by this way the visitors see and meet maybe the first time in their lifes with the authentic products of the regions. thats the main aim of it. but while they are doing that, they are not cutting any time at the expense of time of the historical sites. i hear and understand your complaint, but this is the way it works for all the regions and all tour guides of the areas and for all travel agents. we are making it sure that theres no hassles or pushes in those places for our customers to purchase anything. I would like to share my own experience about my travels to; 😇 -Holland (we did stop at the Dutch clogs store) -Egypt (we did stop at a Souvenir shop) İt was good to experience them, (I just bought small stuff according to my low budget - I was studying at that time) On the other hand, Its also sad and surprised us that you rated our service only based on the stores you visited during the tours. That would be also great to hear your feedback about guides, all transfers you had, accommodations, support team (updated your itinerary a couple of times according to your requests with all patients, shared daily information about your schedule, pick-up tımes and etc. While writing this comment here, we expected you to show some respect for the effort put into it.
