  Can we add a day in Lima? We arrive in the morning and would like to do a city tour in Lima in the afternoon and stay one night. For the return, one night in Lima and just the transfer from the hotel to the airport the next day. Can you also help with flights for the group? Can we get a better price or group discount?

    Yes, we can add a day in Lima with a city tour in the afternoon and one night stay. For the return, one night in Lima with hotel to airport transfer the next day. We can help with flights and provide a special quote. Regarding pricing, our prices will increase approximately 10% in 2027 compared to 2026, but if you book now you can get 2026 rates for your 2027 travel with no increase. We have 2, 3, and 4 star hotel options, all with private bathrooms and breakfast included, based on double or triple rooms.

    Cusco (CUZ) - Lima (LIM): Departure 1:40 p.m., Arrival 3:15 p.m. Price per person: USD 215

  We are hoping to fly into Cuzco from Lima and start the tour. We would like to know what time the tour starts as most of the flights coming into Cuzco arrive around 12pm and we understand that on the itinerary it says a city tour begins at 12:30pm and we would like to go on that. Is it better to arrive a day earlier?

    We are also looking for upgrade options for the hotel. Since the upgrade fee is charged $150(for 3-star)/$230(for 4-star) per person and we'll be sharing one room, the total comes to $300–$460 more for the 6 nights, for one room.

    Cancellation Policy
    Your reservation will be confirmed after having received a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount for each person. The remaining amount must be settled 7 days before your arrival or after the first day of your arrival. If no initial deposit has been made within our indicated time limit, the full amount must be paid in order to secure your tour reservation.
    All reservation request will be answered through the same medium (internet, phone, etc.) within 48 hours maximum.
    
    RATES
    All rates are quoted in American dollars ($US) or in Peruvian soles (s) and are subject to necessary adjustments without prior notice. Fares are final and per person.
    
    CANCELLATION
    Cancellations 26 days or more before departure are 100% refundable. Cancellations 25 days or less before departure are non-refundable.
    Failure to appear in person according to contract will result in the total loss of contracted services without any refund.
    In the same manner, there is no refund for any cancellation or withdrawal from any contracted service during the tour.
    Occasionally some services may be interrupted or cancelled due to severe weather conditions or social conflicts such as strikes. In this case, there will be no refunds for services that have already been previously reserved regarding interruptions or conditions that are beyond our control. However we will offer for any future reservations a 50% discount.
    
    IMPORTANT
    KANTU PERU TOURS reserves the right to make rational adjustments or substitutes to the itinerary whenever it may be considered necessary or in some cases obligatory. The client's baggage and personal possessions are their responsibility. There will be no refund for unused services as dictated by the purchased itinerary such as hotels, meals, transportation or guided tours, etc. and any other service provided in the original booking.
    KANTU PERU TOURS does not assume any responsibility when the client arrives late or does not show up at all.
    
    MACHU PICCHU TICKETS:
    The entrance tickets to Machupicchu are subject to availability and due to their popularity, they sell out very quickly, that is why we always buy these tickets in advance, and once these tickets are secured under a name and for a specific date, according to the regulations of the Peruvian government, We cannot make any type of change, So these tickets are completely non-refundable, non-modifiable.
    If you want to change your travel date, we will have to buy new tickets for which you will have to pay again for these tickets.
    If you wish to cancel the tour due to some force majeure circumstance, unfortunately, the entrance tickets to Machupicchu are completely non-refundable.
    
    TRAIN TICKETS:
    In the same way, train tickets are subject to availability, therefore it is ensured in advance. The train company has its own cancellation policies, and they state the following.
    If you want to change your travel date, and request this cancellation before 72 hours, the penalty cost of the change is 25% of the total cost of the tickets.
    If you wish to cancel your trip before 72 hours, the cancellation penalty is 50% of the total cost of the tickets.
    If you request a change of date or cancellation of your trip within 48 hours before the start of your tour, it is completely non-refundable and not modifiable.
