  My wife and I recently completed the 5 day private golden triangle tour, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. The tours themselves as well as the 5 star hotels were great and the tour was fun, memorable, and informative. We both felt like we got to really experience the real India during those 5 days. From the beginning the service was excellent, our driver Danish picked us up directly from our hotel in New Delhi to take us to Agra. He was our driver for the entire 5 day tour, and he really made the experience very enjoyable and fun. From the beginning it felt like he was an old friend of ours, and we had such a fun time getting to know each other during the tour. He also took us to some local sites too after the tours for that day had concluded like local chai or local lassi shops. One minor critique was that his car was quite small (compact sedan) and we had a lot of luggage since we were on a long trip to India. I think that we either should have used a larger car to be more comfortable or an advance warning about the size constraints of the car would have been useful so we could have packed less. Our first tour guide, Nazim was excellent. He showed us around Agra for two days, taking us around the Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort, Mehtab Bagh, and Baby Taj. He was very knowledgeable about the sites and also took really great photos of me and my wife. It was like having our own private photographer at the Taj Mahal! After Agra, we went to Jaipur and stopped to see a palace along the way. Personally, I felt that the stop didn't add a lot to the experience especially since it was raining a lot and we had to walk barefoot through the mosque in the rain. Despite that though, it was still a good experience just not ideal given the weather. In Jaipur, our tour guide took us to several beautiful historical sites like the stepped well, Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, and Hawa Mahal to name a few. Like our other guides, he was a knoweledgeable localite who had many years experience doing tours so he knew his way around quite well. At the Hawa Mahal, he took us to a nearby cafe across the street so we could avoid the huge crowd and take much better photos. That kind of local knowledge made the experience great. In the latter half of the day, he also offered to take us around the city to wherever we would like, so we opted to have him show us through the local bazaar which was a fun cultural experience. Our last day was spent in New Delhi, and our guide there was Javed. He was a very personable and friendly guide that took us to Humayun's Tomb, India Gate, the Lotus Temple, Chandni Chowk, to name a few. Unfortunately, many of the government buildings in New Delhi were closed due to an ongoing protest, but our tour guide made the most of it and we still got to see many sites across the city. The hotel we stayed at in New Delhi was the Radisson Blu which was also a very nice 5 star hotel. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with the tour experience. We felt that the tour's pacing was good as it allowed us ample time to see the various sites during the morning/afternoon, and then in the evenings we were able to go and explore the town on our own or with Danish driving us to places. All of the tour guides were knowledgeable localites who did a thorough job explaining the history of the places we visited. The hotels were all nice and comfortable as well. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in experiencing India and wants to see the Golden Triangle!Show more

  It was a great experience in exploring the golden triangle. Everything went smooth. All the local tour guides were very knowledgeable and did a great job, telling interesting facts about the sights, history and culture. The driver, Initiaz drove us around safely throughout the tour and he also took very good care of us. He made sure we always had enough water in stock for the day and took care of our comfort and convenience. We would always recommend and use Tour Radar while travelling in future.   We're just back from a huge holiday travelling over 30,000 miles which included 7 days in India. Booked the 5-day Golden Triangle Tour via Tour Radar and also extended our stay by 2 days with additional hotel bookings, airport transfers etc. The tour company was Raj Tours. They were brilliant!!!! Super helpful and flexible, great communications and the tour was fantastic. Aahil from Raj Tours was exceptional, he communicated before and during the trip, responding quickly to all our queries (we had one issue during a visit to one of the cities which Aahil dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction, which was great). The tour worked perfectly with virtually zero issues. Aahil even visited us during the stay to make sure all was well! Our driver for the entire week was Danish. Big shout out to Danish, he was ace, a great driver, really friendly, knew tonnes about India and all the places we visited and was a genuinely nice chap. The tour guides in each city were great, really knowledgeable and friendly. Tour Radar were a great booking company. Would recommend.Show more

  I enjoyed my trip with Taj tours. The first 2 days were very busy in Delhi and then Agra. Jaipur was a bit more relaxed. As a first time visitor to India and a solo traveller I felt safe and taken care of. The guides were knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the history and culture of India. Danish was a very good driver in the chaotic traffic and added to the information I got from the guides about the culture of India.Show more

  We really enjoyed our Golden Triangle tour and appreciated so much the excellent organisation from Taj Tours. Our driver Danish couldn’t have been more kind, friendly and accommodating. An extremely polite, interested and dependable person, Danish really went the extra mile to ensure our comfort across the five days. The quality of hotels and guides was high and the itinerary was well chosen - although the Golden Triangle probably merits more time, if you can only take five days I highly recommend this company.Show more

  I really enjoyed my golden triangle tour with Taj Tours. It took us to the best sights and included good guides and hotels. In particular our chauffeur Danish (late twenties) was excellent and took very good care of us. India in May is hot but we had good air conditioning and he always had some cold water at hand for us. Most importantly, he’s a very good driver. He was fun to talk to (if you wanted to) and shared interesting things about India and their way of life. Overall, highly recommend booking with Taj Tours.Show more
