Communication with Taj tour trips was always easy, nice and quick. The local guides in the different cities were competent and friendly. Transportation in a airconditioned and safe car.
Sometimes it was not clear when to start in the mornings (the guides asked us to decide when to leave) - we would have wished for more clear communication between them and the company, but in the end this was never a problem.
Entrance fees were a little higher than indicated.

The three city tour guides were very knowledgeable, very approachable and all had funny anecdotes, all with very good English.
The tour was well organised and it allowed us to view all the key sites in the cities we visited.
A special shoutout to our very excellent driver, Guddu. If you’ve never visited India before, I doubt you will ever experienced the manic driving that happens on the roads, and it takes a certain amount of nerves of steel to navigate the endless amount of motorbikes, tuk-tuks, cars and lorries. One of the guides said to drive in India, you needed a good horn, good brakes and good luck! Guddu had all three and was fantastic and we were very grateful to have him for our entire tour.
Highly recommend this company and I’d have no hesitation in using them again.

All the guides explained all the places mentioned in the tour very well and the hotels were very satisfactory. The only one lunch included in the tour was great, we had the chance to taste a variety of Indian food on our first day. As a result, I am glad we trusted Tour Radar and realized our dream of India.

I especially appreciate that the tour guides offered opportunities to support rickshaw drivers, vendors, and photographers local to Agra, Jaipur, and Delhi. Danish was a great driver, navigating bumper to bumper Delhi traffic and a cow that decided to cross a freeway in Agra. The hotels and food were great too, especially Deventure Sarovar Portico, Patel Nagar, New Delhi! I am so glad I chose this tour and would definitely book with Taj Tour Trips again! Pro tip: bring smaller bills if you can because many ATMs only offer rupees in 500 bills, otherwise you’ll need to make change.

We flew to Delhi and were picked up at our hotel by Mr. Danish, our driver for the week. Our sedan was clean and new and Mr. Danish was friendly and was so polite and helpful. He opened doors, handled our luggage, made sure we always had water
and was super sharp and professional in his uniform. Driving is crazy in India, but MR. Danish was super and took good care of us. Our accommodations for the week were wonderful. We chose 5 star and weren’t disappointed. All hotels had good restaurants so after long days of sightseeing and travel, we were able to enjoy really good meals. Excellent guides were provided in each city and all were knowledgeable and personable. Saeed, in Agra was amazing. He had 35 years of experience and shared it with us, down to knowing where to get the best pictures at the Taj Mahal. He gave us a wonderful history lesson about the the 16th and 17th century India. All guides were very knowledgeable and courteous. Aahil, the Taj principal met with us during the week and constantly kept in touch to ensure all was going well.
I was very pleased with Taj Tours and our adventure was seamless and worry free. I would recommend this tour company to anyone wanting a great travel experience.

I would definitely not go for less than 5 star stays as the 5 star here is not what westerners would expect back home, again expected for somewhere like India.

Everything was perfectly planned, from the pickup in Delhi to the end. Aahil was always really to help and he really cared about how we feel! The first guide in Agra was excellent, he was able to answer everything we were interested in, we always had enough time to enjoy the sites alone, except the Agra Fort where he was a little surprised that we would love to stay a little longer. Other than that, we really appreciated that he always took a lot of great pictures of us, since he knew the best spot (and poses) in every location so we have a really nice memory. The accommodation was great, the restaurant choice was also good. The restaurants were usually buffets offering local food, delicious, but they were clearly focused on tourists - we would not mind having an option to eat among locals. The only thing we really did not enjoy was visiting a jewelry store which where the guide took us. It was not a part of the itinerary, so we didn’t know what to expect. We were interested in the art that was beautiful, however the owner obviously wanted to sell, and he was insistent, unsympathetic and we really did not feel comfortable there at all.
But it general, this tour was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it!

This driver helped us bought some beers and we enjoyed drinking beer during the 6-hour ride from Jaipur back to New Delhi. They are flexible with itinerary if you want to modify something. Tour guides for each city are fantastic (Shano - Agra, Shiv - Jaipur and JD at New Delhi). These guides are very knowledgeable about their subjects. It’s a bonus that they are all good in taking photos of us.

From the very beginning to the final farewell at Delhi Airport, our 5-day tour through India was flawlessly organized and exceeded all our expectations. Aahil, our travel coordinator from Taj Tours, was always available before and during the trip, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. His dedication and care only ended once we had safely arrived at the airport for our departure – a level of service that truly impressed us. A special highlight was meeting Aahil in person for lunch in Agra. This thoughtful gesture added a very personal touch to the entire experience and made us feel even more welcome.
The transfers between cities were extremely comfortable thanks to the well-equipped vehicles, and we always had fresh water available. A huge compliment goes to our driver, Danish, who made every journey feel shorter with his warm personality and engaging conversations. He was incredibly attentive, explained the daily itinerary in advance, and surprised us with his deep historical knowledge at various sightseeing spots – especially when no local guide was scheduled, like on our departure day in Jaipur. No extra mile was too far for him if it meant making us happy. We had wonderful exchanges with Danish about Indian culture and religions, but also shared personal stories, which made the experience even more enriching. He is a very open-minded and likeable person, and we felt very well taken care of throughout. In each city, we were welcomed by knowledgeable local guides who adapted to our pace and always knew the best photo spots. A special mention goes to Javed, our guide in Delhi, whose excellent English made communication especially smooth and enjoyable. Choosing the 5-day tour gave us the feeling of having truly experienced India in a short time. It was a wonderful, at times magical journey that more than fulfilled our expectations. We would love to return – and when we do, we will definitely book with Taj Tours again. Highly recommended!

Our driver, Mr. Guddu, deserves a special mention. He was more than just a driver; he was a reassuring presence on some pretty wild roads! His skill and professionalism were outstanding, but it was his kindness and attentiveness that really stood out. We always felt safe and comfortable with him, which made such a difference to our overall experience.

The guides where good and the visits where nice, in Delhi we felt a bit rushed but still was a good visit overall at the city. Aahil came to visit us to check if everything was ok since the beggining and they had a really nice detail of booking our last hotel night in the same hotel we where staying. Definetly we would book a tour with Taj Tours again.

The driver was amazing. Special shout out to Mr Guddu. We liked him so much that we even asked him after the tour to drive us up to Rishikesh.
All the local guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We felt that they enjoyed our company and their time talking to us, rather than it just being a job for them.
If we ever wanted to do anything extra, like stop at a market or a coconut in my case, they were always happy to facilitate.

He accommodated all our requests and his responses were super fast. Danish was the best driver we could have hoped for: professional, friendly and thoughtful. The car was cleaned regularly and new bottles of water were provided every day. He knew a lot about the places we were in or drove through, and we had very interesting conversations in the car. Plus, he always knew where to get the best chai! The guides were also great: they were very knowledgeable and shared information with clear passion, especially the ones in Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur and Jodhpur.
All in all, it was clear that Taj Tour Trips is made of people who truly care about their job and about making visitors' experience brilliant.
I feel like I made true friends during this trip, and I could have not wished for anything better than this.

The highlight of our trip was certainly the Taj Mahal and we had an excellent tour guide. In contrast, we felt that our tour guides in Jaipur and Delhi were less engaged and rushed us through some of the itinerary. Overall, we had an amazing time and what an fantastic introduction to India!

From the initial email contact with Mr Aahil, who also met with us in person a couple of times to check in, there was nothing left to chance. Our driver, Mr Chand, was amazing, always on time, friendly and courteous. He did an excellent job of navigating the chaotic, no-rules traffic in the cities.We always felt safe with him behind the wheel. The car we were driven in was new, clean and spacious for the 3 of us, our guides and our luggage. There was always bottled water and little candies available. The 4 star hotels we were booked into were modern, clean and comfortable, although there was no where to go outside the hotels. The guides we had for each city (Saed for Agra, Sanjay Sharma for Jaipur and Sharma for Delhi) were so knowledgeable about the sites and happy to share their information with us. We felt safe and well taken care of every step of the way. I definitely recommend Tour Radar and Taj Tours for a great way to see the major sites of India.

As two older ladies from Australia, we had concerns about travel in India but from the moment we were greeted at Delhi airport we felt safe, secure and always had someone with us during the whole tour.
Aahil was excellent as the planner. Communication was easy, efficient, prompt and open to flexibility. It was nice to meet him at a lovely restaurant in Agra.
The local guides at the various sites were knowledgeable, especially Agra, and we felt safe with them.
Hotels were very good with plenty of choice in the buffet breakfasts. “7Apple” in Jaipur was especially nice on the foreshore of the lake of the Water Palace framed with mountains behind.
Danish was the driver of the 2 month old car which he kept immaculate. He always had cold water and the air conditioned car at the gate after visiting each site which was very welcome in the heat. He was a brilliant, skilled driver and we loved the conversations on the long trips between cities. An intelligent, educated young man who was always professional, courteous, on time and calm in the traffic chaos. He is a credit to his company. We really appreciated on the last day, his not just dropping us at New Delhi railway station, but he found the platform to Amritsar and waited for a time with us. This was beyond his duty and we shall never forget his thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you Taj Tours staff.
The tour was perfect! Since the arrivel of aiport, through the trips and finalising again at the aiport, everything was perfect! Plus, almost all the hotels were clean with a very friendly staff (except my hotel in Delhi which was not so clean). Nevertheless I recommend this tour very much!
