  Beware: Lies and Sales Tactics. Fraudulent Company. This company has been fraudulent in their dealings with me, they encouraged me to finalise my booking under false information and then could not deliver on them. When this discrepancy was pointed out, this was explained away as a 'miscommunication'. No transparency at all, how do they explain not informing their customer of changes to the itinerary that were not even agreed to? Their correspondence with me has been completely tone deaf, everything has been recorded so these are facts. Even after pointing out to them that there was clear deception in their dealings with me, all I have had is lip service, empty gestures, there has been zero accountability and they have kept my deposit of $963 (30%) citing their T&Cs which is null and void as they did not meet the terms of the agreement. I asked for the cancellation 2 weeks after the payment was made when I realised that I was not engaging with a reputable or legitimate company. Note: This is a booking in July for a trip in December. Within a couple of weeks they showed their hand. Why would I proceed to give them 100% after they showed me their bottom line (greed, lies and theft) in their dealings with me? They have shown their true colours and for me there is no going back. Safety is a huge concern which is why I reached out to a local agency in the first place and there is now zero trust with Say Hueque because of their mercenary dealings with me. There is a case currently open against them and I have posted my entire, detailed experience on Tripadvisor - this will also be shared widely so others are aware of their tactics. I have also reported them to multiple ethical agencies for investigation. Think twice before providing any funds to Say Hueque - that is their bottom line - getting your money, to scam you and then gaslight you by making up excuses (in my case, "it was because you changed your dates" - no funds were exchanged by me until the itinerary was finalised and the dates were agreed they know all of this as they have the correspondence). There are further steps that I will be taking so they will think twice before employing these tactics with other tourists who genuinely want to experience and explore the country. For my part, this is a lesson learned, I just need to expose them on every possible platform so other unsuspecting tourists are aware not to engage with this disreputable and corrupt company.Show more

Despite having been offered superior hotels you decided to cancel the trip, as this was your decision despite everything we did to help you the terms and conditions informed before you confirmed your trip applied.   Well supported before and through the holiday trip, clear details of emergency contacts if we should have required assistance. Local tour agencies, were on time and in place everyday, adding background information which was informative and making arrangements to ensure we had a good lunch experience. A very smooth and action packed experience and would fully recommend Say Hueque for a secure and enjoyable experience.Show more
