Hi! Many thanks for your feedback, We appreciate all feedback both positive and negative as it helps us to improve our offering going forward. I have been in contact with your travel assistant Martin who told me the inconvenience that you had with your guide gustavo also I talk with Gustavo the problem was that due to the rain then You could not finish your biking tour, we can not handle these aspects that are proper to nature also the main reason is for protected our passengers and our guide because you are near to the jungle and there are no hospitals or clinics nearby as you may have appreciated, about the optional extras the guide informed in your briefing the day before also in the chat of tourradar we said you that bus from aguas calientes to machu picchu citadel do not included and cocalmayo hot springs entrance, However I apologize for the accommodation in Machu Picchu I will personally go to check and see the hotel, I hope your private walking tour in Cusco, your sacred valley tour in group and your nights in cusco were good. Enjoy the rest of your travels.
