Complimentary transfers from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) depart at 10:30, 13:00 and 16:00 on the first day of the trip only. Guest should arrive an hour before the last transfer time or they will miss out on the included Welcome Dinner. Complimentary transfers to Frankfurt Am Main Airport (FRA) arrive at 08:00 and 10:00 on the last day of the trip only. Flights earlier than 11 AM would not qualify for this service.

is a covid vaccine required to join your tour?

All guests traveling with Insight Vacations through at least December 31, 2022 are required to be fully vaccinated. You will need to provide an authentic COVID-19 vaccination certificate (electronic or paper showing date and time of vaccination(s)) which is current and valid in the travel destination, with the final dose and/or booster dose given at least 15 days prior to the start of the tour, to your Travel Director or Wellbeing Director upon arrival. Please check your destination's entry requirements, as well as requirements for accessing restaurants and venues to ensure that you're prepared for your journey. For children not eligible for vaccination and/or booster at the time of travel, you will need to provide proof of a verifiable negative test result for COVID-19 (electronic or paper showing date and time of test) taken within 72 hours prior to the start of the trip departure until further notice. Please note that guests will also need to comply with specific requirements imposed by airlines and/or authorities in the destination visited, which may be more restrictive than above. This policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.

Is the single supplement extra fee compulsory with you at Insight?

A twin share room just means that you will be sharing a room with another solo traveller of the same gender on trip. However you can book a single room for £3,755.

We have paid $5400 for 9night. Iv providet 3-4 star hotels. Hotel "wttelsbach" oberammeergau was very primitive ,not provide for us water or coffee or tea. Or paper , pencil, lotion, shampoo. There was no hook to hang my bathrobee,no place to put my and my wife cosmetic bags. When i lookedout the window and what i saw ...(fotos).... I demanded to change the room but they toid me they can not do without a master and he went home . Tour name was best of germany berlin -frankfurt. But.... No frankfurt .!?!? Nobody asked if i want keep this chande or do i want to refuse and get my refund. Our mood was absolutely spoiled at the end of tour .Show more

  Only the 29th July departure is available at the time of booking. All of the other departures before the 5th August would go on to request as there is limited availability left on tour. We can request space if you would like an earlier departure, however we cannot guarantee this for you. We have a departure on the 8th July, 15th July or 22nd July. To be able to request an earlier departure we would require full payment.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Insight Vacations. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Insight Vacations will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Insight Vacations" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
