It was good that we could contact the tour operator through Whatsapp when there were issues during the tour, for example, the drivers were late or did not appear for airport transfers. We did have serous problems when the tour guide spoke only Spanish during the day tour to the Falls (Argentina side). We could only seek help from other tourists, otherwise we were totally lost during the day trip. Besides, I was impolitely treated during the Great Adventure and this gave me a bad feeling of the trip, but I could not get any help from the tour guide because of the language problem????Show more

She was pretty much available 24/7 to answer all my questions and give me advice on ways to fully immerse myself in the Argentinian culture. Furthermore, she was always happy to help and never made me feel as if I was being a burden. She is the standard from which guides should be measured. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
