The tour guide was friendly but ultimately this trip is a total ripoff for what your paying for. The hiking element was much quicker than advertised, and there is nothing to do when you arrive at your destinations both the first and second day. Accommodation was poor, no hot water and on the first night bed was uncomfortable. The hikes are good in fairness but I just think it would be better as a 2day experience rather than 3. There was noone else on the group tour and I just found it really boring by the end. Don't bother booking this would be my advice.Show more

Hi Josh, We are really sorry to know that you are disappointed with this tour. We understand there were many things that were beyond our control and we assume that we had a communication gap. Normally on a trek, we only have a basic tea house or homestay options in the mountains. We have limited control over that. Like I said before, we didn't say that we had other people in the group, even in that case, we organized a private car for you only. The weather was harsh, we understand. But this is also something beyond our control. When it's sunny, you can see a big range of the Himalayas from Nagarkot and Chisapani. After discussing this whole situation with a guide, we understood that you left the tour without informing the guide, the whole time guide was waiting for you. Right after we got to know the situation, we had a long discussion with a guide about changing the situation for the better, but we were surprised that you left without informing your guide. The guide was surprised, too. We were prepared to do anything to make the condition better. Please let us know if there's still anything we can do on our part. Best, Ajay Shrestha
