Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo to Siwa
The tour starts early at 6:00 AM, heading west from Cairo into the desert. You'll stop at Alamein to learn about the World War II battles fought there, then continue up the North Coast to Marsa Matrouh where you can see the turquoise water and take a break. From there, it's deeper into the Western Desert, and by evening you'll reach Siwa Oasis, which sits isolated and peaceful surrounded by sand and salt lakes.

- Day 2
Siwa
After eating breakfast at the hotel, you head out to see Siwa's main sites. The Oracle Temple of Amun is first, the place where Alexander the Great was supposedly declared son of Zeus. Next you climb the Mountain of the Dead to check out the rock tombs carved into the rock face. From there, walk through Shali Fortress to get views across the whole oasis. Later in the afternoon, head to Cleopatra's Spring to soak in the natural hot water and relax.

- Day 3
Siwa
You'll have breakfast and then drive out for a desert day. First stop is Shiata Lake where the white salt crystals create a crazy contrast with the blue water. During the afternoon, a 4x4 takes you deeper into the Great Sand Sea to reach Bir Wahed, a hot spring surrounded by dunes. You'll soak in the warm water and watch the sun go down, then head back to the hotel as evening settles in.

Siwa
After breakfast, the day focuses on exploring Siwa's quieter corners. You'll walk through the palm groves and olive orchards that make this oasis green, then head to the salt lakes with their clear water and white-sand shores. The afternoon includes time in traditional villages where you can talk with locals and see how oasis life actually works. Before returning to the hotel, you'll have time at one of the natural springs to soak and cool off.

Siwa to Cairo
After a final breakfast in Siwa, you check out and start the drive back across the desert toward Cairo. The route takes you along the Mediterranean coast again, and there's time to take in the landscape from the car as you head north and east. Once you reach Cairo, a transfer takes you either to your location or the airport depending on your flight time.
