Asked on December 1st, 2024Are it possible for you to arrange visits to Myokos and Santorini after the mainland tour and end up back in Athens? We are interested in 2 days on each island to make it a 12-13 day trip in total.
- Pictours of GreeceOperator•Written December 2024
Would you like a self-guided or fully-guided experience for these additional days?
- Pictours of GreeceOperator•Written December 2024
Fully guided tour would include all meals, ferry and site tickets, 5* hotel accommodation, private transfer, activities, personal manager and driver, licensed guide. We will visit archaeological site of Delos Island, prehistoric site of Akrotiri in Santorini, have a wine pairing, participate in a Greek Wedding theatrical performance, and join a musical presentation of hand-crafted ancient instruments. Cost is 4800€ per person. Self-guided tour would be 1800€ per person, including only ferry tickets and 5* hotel accommodation.

Traveler•Written December 2024We are in our 70s. We were told that Naxos may be more suitable than Mykonos but are still undecided.
- Pictours of GreeceOperator•Written December 2024
Naxos, the largest island in the Cyclades, is steeped in history and culture. It combines ancient ruins, Venetian architecture, and vibrant traditions. Mykonos is renowned for stunning beaches and vibrant nightlife but also has rich historical and cultural heritage.

Asked on September 2nd, 2022Could you give me the pros and cons of the Mainland Mystical tour versus the Paradisial Peloponesse tour? Also, how far is the driving distance between sites? We have been to Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini already. We are fascinated by Greek history and would like to explore the country further. Also, we'd like a well-rounded tour with history balanced with food, relaxing scenery, visits to olive oil farm or local wineries.
- Pictours of GreeceOperator•Written September 2022
The Paradisial Peloponnese tour includes more visits to archaeological sites, while the Mystical Mainland tour is for nature lovers. We don't drive for more than 4 hours each day, with frequent stops for coffee or toilet. The itinerary is slow-paced. We have available places between 21-28 of October. We visit a winery in Nemea where you will be offered a tour followed by a wine pairing. Our hotel in Kyparissia is built within olive farms and depending on your arrival time, you might even find people harvesting the olive trees.
