Maximum group size would be 12 passengers.

Is this trip suitable for vegetarians or adapted culinary requirements? I noticed a lot of the meals will be home cooked, and I wonder about what that means with my food restrictions. I don't eat meat. I'm highly intolerant to peppers/capsicums. They make me ill, though there's no acute health risk with cross contamination like with an allergy. I eat mostly vegetarian and fish. I will eat chicken (no organs) on occasion.

Is our luggage being transferred from village to village during the hike? Do we hike with a day pack or with all our belongings?

I'm starting this tour later today and thought I saw a suggested packing list somewhere but can't find it now. If there is one, could you point me to it please? Sleeping bag? Towels?

  Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can usually be accommodated on this trip. However, as several meals are home cooked in remote villages, the options can sometimes be more limited than in restaurants. Your leader and hosts will do their best to accommodate dietary needs, but we request to add your requirements at the time of booking so the team can prepare in advance.

  Your main luggage will be transported between villages by vehicle, so you won't need to hike with all your belongings. Travellers generally carry just a daypack with essentials (water, snacks, jacket, etc.) during the hikes.

  This trip includes four days of hiking in the M'Goun Valley, usually around 4–7 hours per day. The terrain is not completely flat and includes rocky paths, hills and uneven ground, though the pace is generally steady and manageable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness. You will hike between remote villages with a local female guide, with plenty of stops along the way to enjoy the scenery and interact with local communities.
