    We will apply 5% discount, all year long in the group itineraries by coach, marked with the corresponding symbol and in every trip scheduled in Europe, America, Japan, Korea, and China in low season. This discount does not apply to privatized trips of the catalog or Trip Styles. Over 65 years discount will only be cumulative with the triple room discount. Repeating passengers discount only cumulative with the triple room discount. Passengers having traveled with Europamundo in the last 3 years and belonging to our Passenger Club (after filling a satisfaction questionnaire in "My Trip"). Honeymoon couples taking the trip up to 3 months after the wedding date. In order to obtain the discounts, a copy of the document that justifies such a discount must be attached at the time of booking (Club passenger, birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate). These discounts will not be carried out under any type of supplements (half board, stop in route, etc.) Practically all the optional excursions will also benefit with discounts with very few exceptions.

    We have already released our 2024 departure dates for this amazing adventure - For the year 2024 in the month of May-June we have the following dates available: Wednesday, 08th Of May Of 2024, Wednesday, 22th Of May Of 2024, Wednesday, 05th Of June Of 2024, Wednesday, 19th Of June Of 2024. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

  I do not see any tours that start on or after March 29th, 2024. We would like to target the Spring Break. Please let us know if you can arrange for a tour that starts late March 2024.

    You will need to be reasonably fit and have a moderate degree of stamina to be able to participate in our adventures: spending hours in coaches (check them in the detailed itineraries of your circuit), visits on foot keeping pace with the group, long hours and architectural barriers in cities that are not always prepared. Remember that you will be travelling with a group of people who are interesting in taking part in the circuit and so each traveler must adapt to the pace of the group and not the other way around.

    Europamundo has selected hotels that offer the necessary comfort and location to allow you to enjoy the city where you are staying. There may be differences in the degree of comfort and the location, depending on the cities in question. However, barring exceptional circumstances, the hotels are always located in the centre of the cities visited or close to the centre, and in other cases they may be on the outskirts of the city, but always with good public transport connections to the city centre. We select our routes with the aim of offering excellent value for money. Our hotels are not luxury hotels. Bear in mind that the official categories and the sizes of the beds and rooms vary, depending on each country, and they are assigned by the competent tourist organizations of each country. Your room will always have a private bathroom, a TV, etc. In many cases, it will also have a mini-bar, a safe deposit box and a hairdryer. Some hotels, mostly those in northern Europe, have no air conditioning system, or the local legislation may establish the dates permitted for its use. On some circuits, there are considerable differences in the hotel quality, depending on the cities where you are staying.

    When you confirm your reservation, you must indicate that you want a double room with two beds. TWIN ROOM
    Please note that it depends on the availability of the hotel at the time the tour begins.
    
    Europamundo cannot guarantee that all the rooms in the hotels will have twin beds. It is possible that in some hotels the room will have one bed.

    At this time the tour has several confirmed people, however this may change since there is still more than two months to go before departure.
    
    We evaluate the situation on each destination every week, should we find a significant change that forces us to cancel the departure we will promptly inform you. In the past, due to these changing situations we have been forced to cancel a departure up to seven days prior to the departure date. In the case of a cancellation we will work with you in order to find another suitable departure, or to give you the refund of the total of your payment.
    We will not be held liable to any other costs incurred such as airfare or hotels not booked with us.
    
    However, for your peace of mind, in the last year, we haven't had any cancellation of any of our tours. Only small modifications to guarantee the tour.
