  Is this departure currently guaranteed? Given the ongoing/possible conflict in and around Israel, are you planning to operate, reroute, or potentially cancel this departure? What are your policies on refunds, credits, or rebooking if the situation worsens closer to the date? Are there any special entry, visa, or safety requirements we should be aware of for Israel, Jordan, and Egypt at that time?

    At this time, the departure is planned to operate as scheduled. The airport in Israel is operating normally, and there are currently no restrictions or prohibitions on tourist activities in Israel, Jordan, or Egypt that would prevent us from operating the tour.
    
    We fully understand your concerns regarding the current situation and the fact that some airlines may make their own decisions to cancel or modify flights based on their internal safety assessments. However, it is important to clarify that an airline cancellation does not automatically mean that the tour itself is cancelled or that we are able to cancel the booking without applicable cancellation fees.
    
    If tourism activities and the tour services remain operational and there are no official restrictions preventing the tour from operating, our standard cancellation terms will apply. Therefore, if your airline cancels your flight while the tour itself is still operating, we may not be able to provide a penalty-free cancellation or full refund.
    
    Please also note that this is a multi-country tour covering Israel, Jordan, and Egypt. In the event that the situation in Israel changes, the other two countries may still remain fully operational. Some services in Jordan and Egypt, including hotels, transportation, the Nile cruise, and other pre-booked arrangements, may have their own cancellation conditions and may be non-refundable once confirmed.
    
    Since this itinerary combines services from three different countries and different local suppliers, cancellation policies may differ between the individual services and countries.
    
    As stated in the tour information, should circumstances make it impossible or impractical to operate the Israel portion of the itinerary, we may modify the itinerary and operate the tour as a two-country tour, for example by removing Israel and continuing with Jordan and Egypt, subject to the circumstances and availability of services.
    
    Our general cancellation terms are available on the tour page and will apply according to the specific circumstances and the services booked.
    
    Regarding visa and entry requirements:
    
    For Jordan and Egypt, in many cases a visa can be obtained upon arrival at the border. However, this depends on the traveller's nationality and the passport they will be travelling with, and visa requirements can differ depending on the passport.
    
    For Israel, all travellers who are eligible to enter under the visa-exemption system must complete the required ETA-IL online authorization before travelling to Israel. The applicable entry requirements depend on the traveller's nationality and passport.

    Since you will be travelling on a US passport, visas for Jordan and Egypt can be obtained on the day you cross the border. You may either add the visa fees and border crossing taxes to your booking in advance, or pay them directly at the border.
    
    For Israel, an online visa/ETA should be arranged before arrival.

  Is there any way we can avoid paying the single supplement and have our third traveller in with us, another solo traveller of the same gender to split costs. Additionally, we are interested in the Abou Simbel Tour, but are unsure if this will interfere with anything else in the itinerary or add another day.

    For three travelers who are happy to stay together and wish to avoid the single supplement, a triple room can be arranged. In this case, there is no need to pay a single supplement, as all three guests will share one room. Regarding the Abu Simbel tour: this excursion is operated early in the morning and does not affect the regular tour itinerary. You will not miss any activities or sites listed in the program, and it does not require adding an extra day to the tour. We can add this tour to your booking without any conflict.

    If you are interested in all these parameters, it's only a private tour because no tour can include all these sites and actions. A lot is included on this tour for which you have opened a request, but there is no Jordan River, sailing on the Sea of Galilee, or Snorkeling/Diving.

  How much will the domestic flights cost roughly from Ben Gurion - Eliat, and Cairo - Aswan - Cairo? Can you assist the passengers in purchasing these or will they need to purchase these independently? Is breakfast included everyday? Is there a main difference between 3* and 4* hotel?

    Domestic flights are included in this trip, traveler don't need to arrange it. Accommodation during the tour included a bed and breakfast basis, some of the days are early pickup, and travelers can arrange breakfast boxes by themself. 4* and 3* its different categories of hotels, different facilities that are available, meals, and other comforts like reception availability, room service, and others.

    I noticed a couple of reviews have mentioned that if you buy the visas or border passes during travel, it is much more expensive than buying it online in advance. Is this true? Should I purchase my visas beforehand?

    I also noticed reviews mention that the tour operators and bus drivers change very frequently and that some people have had a hard time with their tour scheduling. Is this a common problem, or do we have an onsite tour operating manager that can help us with any questions or transfers at all times in hotels, buses, tours, etc?

    We can arrange a single supplement for single travelers; we cannot provide accommodation for strangers. For group tours in Egypt and Jordan, we can also arrange visas and border taxes. It's possible to do it yourself, but it costs the same or more since you have to make a separate visa only for you, not for your group. Because we are an operator, we have regular drivers and representatives with whom we have worked for years. We have not changed our hotel or transfer arrangements.

  If we arrive one day earlier (Nov. 6), can we purchase through tour operator one extra hotel night accommodations pre-tour? If yes, what will be the cost? I assume we can receive the complimentary airport transportation to hotel. After our day in Petra there is option to spend night in Petra or Wadi Rum. If we choose to stay in Petra that night, will we be picked at hotel next morning for the Wadi Rum desert tour and other activities mentioned on brochure for that day? Brochure states that on first day in Cairo, we will be taken to tour the Pyramids and Sphinx. Are you referring to the Great Pyramids of Giza? I would like to see the Dead Sea Scroll, which do not appear to be included in the tour. While in Jerusalem (or in Tel-Aviv), will there be an opportunity to take a tour to the Israel Museum?

    You can see all additional services, like pre-tour night on the tour page. You can add a pre-tour night depending on the hotel rate, and you will see the cost for the same night. Yes, we can provide a transfer from the airport. You can stay overnight in Petra, for an additional 50$ per person, and the next morning you will be transferred to Wadi Rum to continue the activities. Day 1 in Cairo included a visit to Giza Plato that included the Great Pyramids of Giza. This is a group tour, so if you like to visit sites that are not mentioned unfortunately there is no option for visiting during the tour days.
