Thank you so much for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear you really enjoyed the tour and that Göksu made the experience informative and engaging. It means a great deal to know that visiting Gallipoli Peninsula was a particularly special moment for you, we understand how meaningful it is for Australian travellers, and we’re honoured to have been part of that experience. We’re also so pleased you enjoyed the relaxing gulet cruise portion and that the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia was unforgettable. Thank you again for travelling with us and for your kind words about Türkiye. We’d be delighted to welcome you back on another Fez Travel journey.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We anticipated getting a negative review from you on different platforms regarding this matter. You asked for a compensation however we did not charge anything beyond what has been transparently provided in our tour details. We have communicated multiple times since September 9th regarding this matter, and in each instance, I have endeavored to clarify that the necessary information regarding the tour, including excluded services, was made available both online and through the documents we sent to you. Regarding your comment about Hidden Charges: Both on our website and the booking platform you used, it is explicitly stated that "Entrance fees are excluded" from this tour. You booked the tour on July 10th, and on July 11th, we sent you a pre-departure pack which also clearly stated the exclusion of entrance fees. The specific fees were listed on page 5 of this document. It is the responsibility of travelers to review this information thoroughly, including both inclusions and exclusions, to ensure they are prepared for any additional expenses during their trip. It is standard practice for travelers to review all provided information and inquire if any details are unclear. In your case, had there been any confusion, you had the opportunity to reach out before or after booking. Regarding your feedback about the guide, the guide you had is one of the most experienced professionals we have worked with for years. Your claim that "the tour guide was rude and shouted at multiple tour goers" is a serious accusation. If such behavior occurred, it should have been reported immediately to the management on the day it happened. This kind of behavior is something we would never expect from our guides, nor would our company tolerate it. it's important to understand that such accusations cannot be addressed or proven after the fact. Any concerns of this nature would have been best dealt with on the day they occurred, allowing us to take immediate action. We have received hundreds of positive reviews about this guide, and he is not a random assignment but someone we have worked with for years, who has successfully led hundreds of tours and interacted with thousands of travelers. Calling our company “scam” is a serious accusation. Our company has more than 1,200 five-star reviews. The Wonders of Turkey tour has had over 500 bookings since its inception in 2023, running every Monday from May through November. To date, you are the only traveler who has raised an issue regarding the exclusion of entrance fees. We take all feedback seriously, but we also value fairness.

There'll be an opportunity to do the hot air balloon tour. We pre-book it for all the travellers on our tours which can be booked and paid in cash when you are in Turkey after your guide checks the weather conditions as sometimes it gets cancelled due to weather conditions. The minimum age limit is 12 on our Gulet Tours. If your children are older than 12, we can offer 1 double room and 1 twin room. If your children are between 8-12, we can recommend other group tours but if your children are younger than 8, we can only recommend our semi-independent tours or private tours.
