How accessible to a wheelchair are these sites?

We are excited to have you interested in our adventure tour however our vans are not wheelchair accessible.

Do the travelers physically get off of the bus and walk among the Ruins? and, Is the Park Ranger Guided tour of the cliff dwellings included in our visit?

Yes this is a walking tour. Yes you get off of the bus and tour the ruins. No the Park Ranger tour is not included as they only allow a certain number per day.

Why does this trip say 6 days lodging for a 9 day trip? Why does it show that you go to NM, CO, AZ and UT. but the itinerary shows almost the whole trip in NM except for one nigh in CO? it says comfortable transportation but does not say what kind of transportation. Is it a bus and if so does it have restrooms on board?

Our Trails of the Ancients tour is a 9 day tour. 6 of the nights are spent in New Mexico, 1 night in Utah, and 1 night in Colorado. Canyon de Chelly is in Arizona, but you don't stay the night in Arizona. This is a small group tour with no more than 13 passengers, we use Mercedes Sprinter Vans, they do not have bathrooms.

How much is it for 2 adults that want 2 separate rooms, with no room mates.

Single Occupancy rate is $3329 per person. We do have a couple reservations left for this tour.

At what time do we have to land in Albuquerque?

The first day of the tour is a travel day and you can arrive at any time. The tour departs from Albuquerque at 8:00 Am on the 15th. As long as you are in destination at that time we are all set.

This was really a great trip. I had a very good time. The scenery was incredible I would recommend anyone who has never been to this part of the USA make sure you put it on your bucket list. John was an incredible tour guide friendly and outgoing at every turn. Very importantly he was very open to suggestions and always ask the group what we wanted to do, this was his priority. I will definitely recommend trail of the ancients to my friends and recommend southwest tours in general.Show more

I liked the knowledgeable tour guide Robin (aka Patrick Shade)🙂 The van could use some accessories like hooks to hang stuff, netting behind the seats, cupholders, handles and options for trash in each row. It was otherwise a comfortable ride. All but the hotel in Albuquerque were great, because it had few tasty breakfast choices and the location offered very almost no walkable option for stores or other things to explore. I personally could do with less box lunches, but maybe there are not enough lunch options in the travelled areas.Show more
