The tour company should allow the travelers use the bathroom before the trip, instead of directing them to use...

Thanks for taking the time to review your trip & experience. Regarding your issue with the bathroom, please do not that tours must start on time, especially when they include transportation like the Dachau (as it's by train and the train doesn't wait so we can't be late), so the guide directed you to the public facilities as otherwise the entire group would have been waiting on you and potentially missed out. That's also why we always recommend using the bathroom at the accommodations (or where you might be coming from) just before the tour meeting time. We do hope you enjoyed the tours, activities and Munich and its Christmas markets.
