    Barbara

    Asked on March 14th, 2026

We have one 9 year old traveling with his parents, and 2 ladies over 70 years old. All 3 hiked in August 2022 in Big Bend National Park under the hot sun and were super troopers. Both ladies are super active, one takes Pilates 3 times a week and one takes daily walks of 5000-10000 steps per day, along with going to the Silver Sneakers class at Gold's Gym twice a week. This is for the Best of Southern Spain trip beginning on June 9th in Madrid and ending in Barcelona.

    Age Range
    Group size
    • G AdventuresOperatorWritten March 2026

The Best of Spain tour has an age requirement of 12yrs and up. As this tour has a strict age requirement, we will ask to look into alternative tours. We have Family tours that have a age requirement of 7yrs and up.

    Andrea

    Asked on August 19th, 2025

We are interested in touring Spain and Morocco. We like the following tours and wonder if they can be combined - The Best of Morocco - 7 days and the Best of Southern Spain 8- days. How do we coordinate our flights from Atlanta, Georgia to either Spain and/or Morocco? Is there a way to maybe shorten one of these excursions. It is important that we have the camel rides. Also, what type of accommodations are in the tents - air conditioned? opened?

    Accommodation
    Flights / Transfers
    Tour Details
    • G AdventuresOperatorWritten August 2025

You can certainly combine two of the shorter trips together or there is also one longer trip if you wanted to do Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. If combining the two trips separately just make sure to allow one travel day between tours to meet up with the next group. We do not assist with flights but you would just fly from Atlanta to Casablanca (if doing Morocco first), and then a one way flight from Marrakech to Madrid. And then after finishing the Spain tour in Barcelona you would fly back home to Atlanta (multi-city flight, and one internal flight on a separate ticket). The accommodation for this Morocco tour is hotels. Let us know if any further questions and we'll try our best to assist!

  • F

    Frances

    Asked on July 3rd, 2025

Are there any free days during the tour or will the guide provide us with activities each day as a group?

    Tour Details
    • G AdventuresOperatorWritten July 2025

Free time is provided throughout the trip, when you have a free time, the CEO (tour leader) provide optional activities or suggestions on what to do. Free time is provided mostly on day 2, day 4 (half day), and day 6. Additional free time could be provided for few hours during the trip.

    • F

      Frances

      TravelerWritten July 2025

Would we get the free afternoon offer to ourselves on Day 7 to Barcelona. On Day 8, would the hotel and breakfast be included?

    • G AdventuresOperatorWritten July 2025

Day 7 of this tour is a travel day as you are travelling from Seville to Barcelona by train. This is followed by Orientation Walk of Barcelona 15m-45m and then your G for Good Moment: Mescladis Paella Cooking Class and Dinner. There is no free time on this day as all the activities and travel time take up the day. Day 8 is the departure day so you can depart at anytime or you can book extra nights through us at the same hotel the tour finishes at if you would like to spend more time there. Yes breakfast would be included for the extra night.

    Asked on June 22nd, 2025

Please confirm that you have secured a guided tour of the Alhambra for me

    Tour Details
    • G AdventuresOperatorWritten June 2025

Due to regulations for Alhambra's ticketing system, your passport information must be provided to G Adventures at the time of booking in order to guarantee your guided tour of the Alhambra. If your booking for this trip is confirmed with less than 90 days prior to departure, we will do our best to secure a ticket for your guided Alhambra tour. However, please note that due to high demand for tickets, we are not able to guarantee this inclusion if your booking is confirmed within this time period. In the event we cannot secure a guided tour of the Alhambra for you, alternative options such as a self-guided visit of the Alhambra (with reduced access), or visits to the nearby districts of Albaicín and Sacramonte will be arranged. Visits to the Alhambra in Granada may vary and take place on Day 3 or 4, depending on ticket availability, special events or holidays in Spain.

    Asked on June 20th, 2025

I wish to book a visit to the Palace. On Day 2, what time does the orientation walk end please?

    Tour Details
    • G AdventuresOperatorWritten June 2025

The orientation walk on day 2 is from 9:00 until 10:30. Please note all times are subject to delays :) So we would recommend keeping a buffer time before booking anything.
