  The tour was very fast paced. However, it included walking tours, boat tours and panoramic bus tours so there was plenty of time to relax while listening to the commentary about what we were visiting. Maria was our tour guide from Prague to Berlin. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. I have been on many tours and Maria is one of the best tour guides that I have encounter. Most tour guides tell you were are traveling to a city and then tell you when we get there. Maria told us so much information about the places we were visiting. For a guide as young as she is, she is very exceptional at what she does. Europamundo has a very unique way of conducting tours. Its amazing how they have travelers joining the tour or leaving a tour to join another group that is going to a different place. I have never experienced that type of tour.Show more

  Our tour guide, Maria, was wonderful. Very informative and helpful with our questions. The person who met us at the airport was very nice also. Got to see a lot of this part of the world in a short time. Prague Hamelin were my favorites. I would recommend your company to other people. TRYP hotel in Frankfurt only had one elevator and it was very inconvenient with two busloads of travelers coming in together in the evening to go to their rooms after a long day of riding bus and exploring small towns along the way. My only complaint about out trip was this hotel.Show more

  It was a bit Lower than what I expected and some things were hurried and other given over importance and time...
  It was a bit Lower than what I expected and some things were hurried and other given over importance and time .Prague city tour can include more stuff as we had a lot of time after it and had nothing much to do.It included three cruises /boat trip and after a while it becomes boating maybe include something like cable car available in one of the places we visitShow more

We regret very much your lack of conformity with the gap in the language used, however I inform you that our guides are always trained in the English language to minimize this disagreement. I would like to explain to you a bit about our operation regarding the change of buses and traveling companions: Bear in mind that you are starting a circuit in an organised group. You will have the chance to see many places and share it with people from different countries who speak Spanish, Portuguese or English. Due to the structure and flexibility of our programmes, the groups are open (starting and ending in the places that are most appropriate for travellers, making stops on the way, etc.) The people travelling and the guides and drivers may change during the circuit. If you select the room-sharing option on your circuit, your room-mates may change during the trip. The most positive aspect of the trip is the attitude of respect and tolerance shown by the travellers with respect to the other group members. We are fortunate to share the trip with people belonging to different nationalities and with different perceptions, motivations and interests. We greatly appreciate your comment about Boris.   There were some very good things about the tour. We saw a lot of things and got a good taste of Prague, Germany and Amsterdam. The tour guide, Anna and our bus driver Victor were excellent and the bus itself was new and comfortable. The hotels, however, while they were comfortable, were located quite a distance from the main tourist areas of each city making it inconvenient to go on your own or return on your own if you did not want to stay as late as the group. The breakfasts were pretty good, some better than others. Unfortunately, we had a large group on the bus who were very loud and did not feel it was necessary to listen while our guide was speaking and made it difficult for others on the bus to get the information the guide was trying to impart to us (even though on several occasions she requested they quiet down and listen, and she did it very politely). I am not sure why you pay for a guided tour when you don’t intend to listen to the information given. On a couple of occasions we did have very early starts and, in particular, we drove around Prague for an extra hour one morning picking up part of another group at which point we then drove back past our hotel (traffic of course was an issue but from what I saw of Prague it always is so should have been anticipated). Overall, there were parts we liked, parts we didn’t and before booking another tour like this I will be sure to request much more information than I did for this tour.Show more
