Is it possible to be picked up from CDG airport? If so, what is the cost for me (mom) plus 2 kids (12 and 14)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange a pickup from the airport, as this would affect the itinerary of the entire group. Additionally, if you choose to make your own way from CDG airport, please note that the meeting point is approximately 45 minutes away (without traffic), so it would be difficult to arrive on time for the tour.

Is a French guide available?

Unfortunately, this service is only available in English and Spanish.

Unfortunately, we do not manage or arrange any type of accommodation, as our company focuses 100% on tours in Paris and its surrounding areas. Therefore, we are unable to provide pricing or booking options for pre-night stays. However, we are happy to recommend two hotels that are very conveniently located for our departures: • Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris • Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Our tour departs from this area, so staying at either of these hotels would be very convenient for travelers. Guests would need to contact the hotels directly to arrange and price their pre-nights.

Will be travelling from Australia to London, then to Paris. Am looking for a short tour in France and this tour looks very interesting. We require twin beds rather than double/queen. Does the accommodation cater for this?

Yes, we can request twin beds without any problem. The accommodation offers this option, subject to availability, and we will make sure to note your preference accordingly.

does the tour pick me up at my hotel in Paris before the tour starts?

Yes, To take advantage of the option of being picked up at your hotel, you must choose the NBC3F tour. They will pick you up at your hotel or place of residence, as long as it is located in Paris.

Will the bus wait a few mins if I'm late?

Unfortunately, we don't believe it would be possible to reach the meeting point in time for the 7:15 AM departure. Both CDG and Orly airports are located more than 30 minutes away by car, not including the additional time needed for luggage collection, customs, and potential delays. For this reason, we kindly recommend booking your reservation for another day, or considering one of our 2-day tours, which may be a better fit for your schedule.

Do you offer triple room? Will water be provided while on tor? Do you drop off in front of Pullman Hotel on the last day?

We do not have triple rooms available. For three travelers, you will be in a double room and a single room. Bottled water is not provided during the tour, so we recommend bringing your own. Drop-off at the Pullman Tour Eiffel Hotel is included.

(She had her job cut out for her having to speak both English and & Spanish to our group.) The highlight for us was Mont Saint Michel, but our stops in Normandy & the Loire Valley were also fabulous. The only (small) disappointment was the accommodation in Angers-whilst the hotel was serviceable, it was tired & the room was small, definitely not the 4star we thought we were getting.Show more

Our 3 day Normandy bus trip was wonderful! Our guide,Layla was very knowledgeable, professional and fun. Our bus driver skillfully drove our large bus through the many small villages. There were about 35 tourists on the bus so we had plenty of seating and suitcase storage space. Rouen and Saint Malo were wonderful surprises. One of our trip goals was to experience the countryside and small villages of Normandy, Brittany and the Loire Valley and that goal was certainly met. It is unfortunate however, that budget reductions to the agency operating the Omaha Beach Visitor Center, (ABMC), resulted in a 4:00 PM closing time and no opportunity for a visit.Show more
