What is the cost of the private tour per person?

How much is the deposit and when is payment due?

A deposit is required to secure your booking, typically 10% of the total price, with final payment due closer to the departure date.

Can you please let me know the cost of the airport transfers once the clients arrive the Reykjavik and also if the clients want to add an additional night in Reykjavik what is the cost of the additional night

We offer Flybus - airport transfer for EUR 68 per person / return transfer. Extra night at Fosshotel Reykjavik EUR 256 per night in Standard room.

Are meals included in the tour?

Meals are not generally included in our tours, except where specifically mentioned, such as breakfast at the accommodation.

How many hotels will we be staying at during the tour?

The number of hotels varies based on the itinerary. Typically, you will stay in multiple hotels throughout the tour.

Is it possible to arrange an Icelandic pony ride for one of our travelers (sound intermediate horse rider)

During our Hidden power tour, you will visit an Iceland horse farm on day 5, but unfortunately the horseback riding is not included. However, it is possible to book the horseback riding tour in Reykjavik, either before or after our Hidden Power itinerary. Kindly note they have 2 departures daily - 10:00 and 14:00 so you might need to have 1 extra day in Reykjavik in order to book the activity.

What is the walking activity level? If a traveler is unable to walk a particular activity, would there be a sheltered location to wait?

The activity level of this tour is "very easy", we do not require a long walk during this tour. Most of the stop points, you can reach to the point by walking less than 5 min. If you do not feel like walking outside, of course you can wait in the bus, or there are most of the times coffee shops and small stores nearby - you can also spend the time there.

Could you please confirm the correct price. Wanted to confirm that we won't have to rent a car for this trip, right? The travel from one destination to another would be through the tour coach, right? What would be the cost to add airport transfers? Can we get a discount for two person booking as we will be sharing a room?

We have 7, 14 and 21 Nov departures for our Hidden Power tour. 21 Nov is a small group - with max 16 pax. 7, 14 Nov is a large group - with max 36 pax. We can add the airport transfer in/out for € 70 per person. This is a guided tour in a coach, no need for driving on your own.

I am 83 & walk with a cane Yeah so I would like to know the activity level how much walking is involved, etc.

The level of this tour is "Very Easy", Most of the time you only need to walk from the parking lot to the view point, which takes max 5 min, we don't require the guest to walk for a long distance for this tour.

What departure dates provides best probability to see Northern Lights?

The northern lights are visible mainly between October and March each year in the Nordic region. We offer many departures during that time period.

The hotels were comfortable, the landscapes stunning and we even saw the northern lights. It was an amazing experience. There is only one thing I'd like to add, which is that there was an eruption alert exactly where we were at the Blue Lagoon, which we were never warned about. It has currently broken into the international news. I think we should have been told, and also given practical support to make informed choices. As it was, it was fine and I loved the trip.Show more
